Algunas veces ocurren eventos inesperados en nuestras vidas para poder conocer personas extraordinarias y maravillosas que poseen un gran corazón llenos de bondad y espíritu de servicio hacia la humanidad. Me refiero al Dr Gordon J Braun (Chiropractic Physician), igualmente a su esposa Hanah y su equipo de trabajo. Debido a un accidente que sufrí en Miami Beach el día 9 de junio del 2016 donde fui atropellada por un carro que conducía una señora irresponsable que no respetó el semáforo peatonal, tuve la oportunidad de conocer al Dr Braun. Como consecuencia del golpe que me dio el carro, el trauma más fuerte lo recibió la columna generando una pérdida de fuerza y sensibilidad al lado derecho del cuerpo. El cuello también se afectó, quede sin poder girar la cabeza y sin poderla levantar. Hace unos años fui operada de columna cervical donde me fijaron unos tornillos en la C 5 - C 6. El neurocirujano me evaluó después del accidente los exámenes determinaron que el golpe del carro me había causado un trauma cervical e inflamación medular sus recomendaciones fueron paciencia nada de esfuerzos y un año de recuperación por los problemas que tenía con mi médula desde años atrás. Llegue al consultorio del Dr. Braun en una condición bastante complicada con dificultad para caminar de bastón mi hijo me tenía que cargar para subirme al carro. Cuando recibí la primera terapia de manos del Dr Braun sentí una mejoría inmediata, no lo podía creer que esta terapia de alinear mi espalda pudiera obrar más rápido que un medicamento en tan corto tiempo; pude recuperar la sensibilidad y fuerza de mi lado derecho, volver a levantar mi brazo derecho. Hoy en día estoy camino sin bastón, volví a realizar mis caminatas en las mañana en la playa, me siento 100% recuperada. Muchas gracias Dr. Gordon J. Braun, Luz Mar Escamilla.

I went to Dr. G after suffering an injury from strength training. I was in such excruciating pain that I was in tears even trying to sit down. Tylenol and Ibuorofen only gave me minor, temporary relief. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They educated me on the importance of getting regular adjustments. When I walked into the room to see Dr. G he talked me through the adjustment step-by-step. After the first adjustment I felt 100% better and was able to walk and sit with ease and without excruciating pain. I am on a regular treatment and can definitely tell the difference with my bones and joints feeling "locked up" when I dont receive an adjustment. Dr G and his staff have not only brought me to having a healthy spine without pain, each visit is educational and I love it! I am always learning something new. Dr G and his staff are transparent in answering questions and giving suggestions on maintaining my spine health.

I would like to point out that the former chiropractor that supposedly broke that other reviewers rib is no longer at Cafe of Life. Dr. Gordon Braun purchased the Cafe of Life about a year ago and has made tremendous strides in improving patient care. I was first adjusted by Dr. Gordon Braun at his old practice over seven years ago. I couldnt move my neck at the time and I suffered from frequent migraine headaches. My neck mobility quickly improved and my neck pain vanished after a few months of treatment. What happened next was quite unexpected. My migraines became nearly non-existant after regular adjustments! I had tried numerous medications and had seen several neurologists and nothing helped my migraines except for chiropractic care.

I had a car accident in May, and not only was I in extreme pain, i could barely move, and was sleeping 2 hours a night max (due to the pain) for about a week. I had been to a famous hospitals ER, and their suggested treatment was oxys and percs (wonder why there is an epidemic?) I called Cafe of Life, suggested by my lawyer. The first person I spoke to was Ivanna, who was extremely kind; and I set up my appointment! Meeting Dr. Gordon Braun, and his whole "crew" has been probably one of the best experiences of my life! Not only are they extremely helpful, but they are sooooo nice.... Every single member of his staff. Dr. Braun changed my life, my pain has been reduced, and i am feeling ten times better!!!! I was referred here by a friend. I heard they have the latest equipment for chiropractic care and it was true. They scanned my back with a detailed video and explained the areas I needed adjusting. Their messages are amazing. Dr. Braun is also a cool caring person and is genuine about really help you with your pain. The staff is friendly and they explain the exams very well. They also have affordable payment plans to make the visits easier to pay. I highly recommend Cafe of Life over all other miami beach chiropractors.

Dr. G is a really nice person. Everyone that Ive seen come in and out of his Miami Beach Chiropractor office is cool with him and everyone seems to be well satisfied. He helped out tremendously. I walked in limping from sciatica and back pain. He video scanned my back right away and gave me diagnosis and treatment the Same day. He had me walking straight in a couple weeks of treatment. Now I just maintain adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon Braun because he really cares about his patients overall health.
