Dr. Orlandini listens with the intent to understand during her sessions and continues to provide excellent guidance and support during a difficult transition in my life. Her broad experience in her practice as well as contacts she has in other fields has provided an excellent support system for me. She has proved to be patient with me as my issues continue to take sometime to navigate through. Her professional ethics are first class. She is able to communicate in a clear and unpretentious way and has a fantastic sense of humor as well. One of her best skills is creativity,she has the ability to look at my situation and be able to think about it differently (creatively) to how it first appears, and to be able to use psychological knowledge and humaness to think creatively about the best way to move forward. I would highly recommend.

All I can say is you should go to this shrink. She helped me completely transform my life. I went from being severely depressed and unemployed, to getting a masters degree, great job and a completely new and positive outlook on life. She helped get to the root of my issues and helped me begin the healing process. I have been seeing psychologist from the time I was 13 till the present and I am now 34. She is the only therapist that was ever able to help me. Her clinical knowledge, proffesionalism and empathy is unsurpassed.

I completely would recommend Dr. Orlandini to anyone who is going thru a difficult time of their life! I started with Dr. Orlandini a little over six months ago and when I started I honestly did not care about my life and thru her hard work and patience with me I have learned to start putting myself and my feelings first and Im confidant that Im moving towards a better emotionally balanced life! Elsa gets me!! It was very important for me to find a therapist /psychologist here in Miami Beach that understood me. Elsa is a great psychologist. She kept me grounded through a traumatic breakup and during a time when I really needed to work on my self-esteem and personal growth. She also helped me see the patterns of the types of men I used to go for so when I started dating again, I could make better dating choices.
