Dr. Ramos is very wise and compassionate, as well as ethical. He may seem a bit gruff at times, but there is no doubt he KNOWS medicine. Yes, sometimes the wait is very long, and sometimes staff makes mistakes here and there, but they are always willing to make it right if you bring it to their attention in a respectful way. Marcella in particular has gone out of her way to help me in times of crisis when i have had problems requiring immediate medical attention (i have a serious chronic illness) and she is an invaluable asset to his office. I want to also praise Jodi for her excellent customer service, kindnness, and willingness to go out of her way to make me feel comfortable and well cared for here. Even though i am a complicated patient with many overlapping conditions, i feel perfectly confident that i am being well cared for in the comptent hands of Dr. Ramos and his professional, positive, and polite staff. I require frequent medical care, and as unfortunately bittetsweet as that may be, i hope i can remain his patient for as long as he continues to practice.

Dr Ramos is a very caring doctor, He will always try to fit you in, if you have an immediate need to see him. You may have to wait, but it certainly saves an expensive visit to a hospital ER--which, by the way, the wait will be way much longer!! He treats the whole patient, does not believe in ordering unnecessary expensive tests, and follows through with everything that he does. I have known Dr Ramos for 11 years, and he has a good sense of humor, he is kind and caring, but if you do not follow his recommendations, not much else he can do. You have to listen to him, and follow his guidelines! He works very long hours, so that he can visit everyone that needs to see him. He is 5 star for me too.

Hopeless doctors office ever, takes forever to answer your calls, i was put of hold until the phone disconnected, when i call again the same thing for about 6 times until i gave up. Its a complete mess, not worth it wasting your time with this doctor. nothing in the office is organized. I rate this office as O a complete Failure. I highly recommend to go to other doctor, any other doctor is better then this one.

Lack of communication, can barely get the office to answer the phone much less have him call you back, doesnt follow discharge instructions that the family agreed to and doesnt communicate new ones. Only visits patients between 10pm and midnight so family cant talk with him.

Horrible staff & the doctor only cares about $$$. I wouldnt waste my time with this script doctor unless you waiting for hours for calls that never come & having his office staff give you attitude. I wasted too many hours on this uncaring so called doctor.

He sucks ass...literally...hes been dropped by so many insurance companies its amazing he hasnt been dropped off the face of the earth....hes the worst doc around and this is factual not an opinion...one of the worst ratings in florida..staff included

Walked in , signed in, and sat down. Never once did anyone open the window and greet me. No one called my name or gave me new patient paperwork. Assuming I was invisible I walked out after 30 minutes of being ignored through mirror glass window.

Doctor Ramos is highly knowledgable and well versed in his art. However I was verbally abused and publicly humiliated by a back office staff member from his office. Im looking for someplace else.

Dr. Ramos is a. Dry good Dr. Yes it takes some time to see him but its worth the wait. The staff is amazing and he is very affordable if you dont have insurance.
