The Dr. herself is a Nice Woman. However her office is not coordinated and are Very Rude! The Nurse that has to call in the RX has yelled at me a number of times. I take medicine that is controlled so the office has to call my RX in every Month. However they Never seem to call it in, when scheduled. I call my pharmacy every month and Im told the RX hasnt been called in. I then have to call Dr. Biskos office. Then wait 2 days, call the pharmacy back they still usually dont have my RX called in or faxed over, so I have to call Dr. Biskos office back. EVERY MONTH! I have never had to call a Dr.s office 2-3 times a month to get an RX filled. I express my concern to the Nurse and was yelled at and told Its MY Responsibility to call them to remind them to call in my RX. But then when I call to remind them, they YELL AT ME! I dont have insurance, so I pay $75 per visit to see Dr. Bishko. Plus my medicine is "controlled" so I have to see the Dr. every 3 months! Im paying them $300 a year to Be Rude to Me !?!? Im considering changing Dr.s NOT Due to Dr. Bishko herself, but her office staff and how Im treated. Today I had to call them again to ask them to call my medication in, and after being rude and yelling at me, the girl on the phone hung up on me. Im not a rude person, I dont raise my voice. I suffer from Anxiety. People yelling at me does Not help my anxiety, it makes it worse!

Dr Bishko was very nice and so was her staff.I just moved to Florida and needed a primary doctor.So I was asked many questions and apparently she wanted to do blood work as well.With all the tests she wanted,I was required to fast for 12 hours.She acted like someone should have told me that before I came when i was told nothing.So basically i wasted my time coming because no one told me anything about that before the visit.She told me to just go ahead and pay in advance so I could just go to the lab and do it another time.So I paid cash.Now 3 months later I received a bill in the mail saying I i owe them money when I paid that day and they didnt even do anything....I called and no one has answered...So I would say they really need to get their crap together...

Im a fairly new patient at this office and I have been treated with the upmost respect. I have had to wait to see my doctor but then when you get in the office she spends as much time with you as you need. And I dont mind waiting if I know Im going to get excellent care. I have worked in many Medical Offices over the past 25 years and I know how an office operates and this office is very well-coordinated.
