If i could leave them zero stars i would. The chief of nursing diana falsified discharge papers, and terminated my services effective immediately, due to dianas negligence, mistrust, abuse of power, and lies, she and her company will be held civilly, and criminally responsible for my stoppage in care. First I must tell you my bathing aide, cna doreen b., was absolutely fantastic, she became like family to us , we loved her. And my lpns marian c, and janice t , were also like family we loved them. With numerous other employees we were lied to, mislead, and then dumped at the end like a piece of garbage. The office manager shannon, and the chief of nursing diana, and the abusers coersed me, falsified legal medical documents, and coersed me into signing a discharge paper against my will. I am a double amputee, no legged patient. They got tired of me when we reported many times that their staff showed up at my house under the influence of what appeared to be alcohol, went into my families refrigerator, and cabinets, and drawers without permission, physically put their hands on my disabled brother , who to this day is still showing visible signs of the inappropriate physical contact. Then there were the numerous employees, who left their minor children ages , ( 3 - 10 ) loose in our hallway outside our house where they could have been kidnapped. My mom called the office furious numerous times this happened with 3 different employees. Then we had one that could only give me the 6 minute bath because she had to get to her church choir lessons. This employee also left minor children unattended in our parking lot, again my mom called and complained. They try to make you look and feel like the badperson. Imagine this crazy mindset ? Another couldnt get a baby sitter, tried to call out with the office, was then forced to work with no babysitter, she too left her minors in the car parking lot unattended. Then we had the cna that would kiss my belly, rub me inappropriately , told me her ex stepson robbed a bank in st. Cloud / kissimmee is serving 15 years for armed robbery, and she constantly used the f.bomb all of the time, and talk sexually, and inappropriately to me. But what broke the camels back is when I was sexually assaulted , groped, and fondled inappropriately by one of their staff. I reported it to the office, and they didnt do anything . They tried to hide it and sweep it under the rug. Because I am so sick, and Ive been advised. I am currently assembling a dream team of legal experts that are going to criminally prosecute the employee that sexually assaulted me, and hold the office manager shannon, and chief of nursing diana who covered up, lied about, tried to hide, before and after the fact tried to manipulate, and coersed me into signing the discharge . This company other than doreen b., marian c, and janice t, deserves zero stars. When all is said and done I hope that these deplorable, dishonest, people end up in jail, so that they can never sexually abuse another client again , then lie about it, hide it, cover up for it. I am currently assembling a legal dream team to go to battle with this low level, deplorable, so called administrator, and chief of nursing who have no business practicing medical care in the state of florida. Do not hire this company. Protect your loved ones from their criminal abuse, their sexual abuse, child neglect, and dishonest management. Let the lawyers get them in front of a jury under oath, and watch these so called health care professionals squirm when their licences are on the line. My abuse occurred in Orlando fl. Protect your loved one from this agencies horrific abuse. They used to be called nursefinders. Also we had an rn, sent to us who refused to wear gloves while doing my open wound care. My mom told her if you dont want to wear gloves near my sons wounds get out of my house, Twice I asked for the owner, or ceo, they said there all out of town, no callbacks,Do not let these people near your loved one. And do not trust diana, or shannon. Report them to AHCA.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would! We were referred to them by Care Centrix. They were supposed to be providing my grandmother in-home care after her stroke. Instead of doing their jobs, it took my mother calling 9 days after my grandmother had been home and was supposed to be receiving their services, for anyone to even start to acknowledge that they were involved. My mother arranged for a nurse to aide my grandmother for 1 hour each day, and was supposed to start on February 13th at 12pm. No one ever showed up. She left messages with Nurses and More and for their owner. We expected someone to show up for their scheduled time again today at 12pm...again no one showed. My mother called the office and spoke to an associate who said that they never put anything onto their schedule or finalized and that the associate that she had made all arrangements for (on Friday afternoon) was no longer with the company. She asked for the owner and this associate then hung up on my mother. She called back and asked for the owner and left her a message. The owner finally called her back and immediately told my mother that they are not going to work with my grandmother and that we would have to go to another agency to work with them. You would think that there would have been an apology for something, but nothing but unprofessionalism and not accepting responsibility for their poor actions.
