BrightStar is a great company to work with. The office staff are very caring and professional. Our mother needed care and BrightStar was beyond a pleasure to deal with. Being new to home care we didnt know what to expect, but very step of the way they walked us through it and always delivered what they promised to. This was a difficult time for us but BrightStar made it easier for us and mostly for mom. The caregivers that came out to the home were very sweet, well trained and provided our mother with kind and compassionate care. The caregivers became part of the family and we truly trusted them with caring for our mom. WE could not have made it through this difficult time without the wonderful people at BrightStar.
