Physiotherapy Works offers physical therapy, massage therapy, and is known also as being a teaching facility. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to learn from Eric, Mary, and Amanda. The knowledge base of all these practitioners is vast and creatively meets the challenge of patients that do not fit the mold of a particular disease or condition. To observe and intern working with a staff who understands the concept “patient comes first” has truly been an honor. Both the physical therapists and the massage therapists connect with every person who walks through the door! I have experienced these practitioners taking the time to learn various languages in order to relate to their patients. It was also rewarding to know that if a patient’s exam revealed no further need for therapy or treatment, the facility didn’t try to add to our Nation’s healthcare debt. For a person to go anywhere else for physical or massage therapy would be a great disservice to themselves. Thank you, Physiotherapy Works, for being the “model” facility that teaches and trains the future therapists of our community.

I have been a patient of PT Works for the past year or so and cannot say enough great things about my patient experience. My multiple medical conditions and neuropathic issues require both physical and massage therapy, and the team of therapists at the Waterford facility have provided me with a quality of life that would be unattainable without their ongoing care and services. Additionally, the owners, Emma and Eric Mason, are actively involved in the daily workings of the business and make sure that the patients needs are always the focus in providing their services. If you need therapy, this team is the BEST of the BEST that I have ever seen.

Awesome PT! When my DO prescribed, they called me within a few days having already confirmed my insurance and got me scheduled quickly. I have been going for a few weeks. Neil did a comprehensive evaluation and has been giving me challenging exercises, and Im seeing progress already. Great one on one hour long sessions. A little tricky to find but they give excellent directions. Located inside the walk in clinic.
