I guess I have not been as happy as some of the other people that reviewed this business, my experience started out OK, in part some of my complaints were attributed to the fact of trial and error to get clear vision from mono vision contact lenses (understandable). When I changed my mind and decided to go with just a single vision contacts, that too became a two-time visit because one of my eyes was not seeing as well as the other, ( I also need to mention that I had to call after two weeks of waiting to find out if my contact lens came in) when I called the person that answered the phone could not find any contact lens and advised me that the person that handles this will be back in tomorrow and she would be able to help me ? (I did get a call back the following day saying my lens was ready) just curious to know how long it wouldve taken before they called me to let me know the lens had come in? So on my fifth return to the store, I finally get the contact lens vision issue straightened out when one of the staff asked me for the remainder of the payment I told her I had paid the balance approximately a month ago, she insisted she had no record of the payment which I found very odd, glad I thought of looking on my phone, I looked up my credit card transactions while I was there and showed her the date of payment, The vibe I got from her was if I were lying or trying not to pay my bill, she kept repeating that she had no documentation of my payment, which is not my fault that it was a mistake on their end. I also was not happy with the explanation of why I could see better out of one eye with the single vision contacts then the other on the fourth visit, they kept insisting it takes time to get adjusted, which made no sense if you can cover your left eye and see well from the right I you should be able to do that in reverse and that was not the case for me, so after having the doctor examine me on the fourth visit she had to tweak the prescription in my left eye to get equal vision in both eyes, which finally happened on my fifth and final visit. Most of the staff there is very nice which saddens me to have to write a negative review on a whole, I am just being honest about my experience with this business, I guess the icing on the cake was being challenged about having not paid my balance and the feeling it gave me in general, no apologies, just a statement she said to me that she will "straighten it out"..... I wont be returning to this business ! So no need to reply to this comment as you did to someone else stating that Envision Eyecare was ending the relationship with that particular customer.... Wow

I have been going to Dr. Warburton for many years. She is a great doctor and all of her staff are polite, helpful and great as well. Many years back I had gone to a new eye doctor because I was unable to find Dr. Warburton because she had relocated. My experience with the new doctor was so bad my husband spent hours on-line and on the phone looking for her. Finally we were able to find her and have been coming to Envision Eye Care ever since. At my last visit I order a new set of glasses. It was a Saturday and was told it would take 7-10 days for my order, but they would not being going out until Monday. To my surprise I received a call yesterday that my glasses where ready for pick up. It had only been 6 days! Yay. I think their service is great and fast and have no complains at all about this company. I wish all doctors offices ran this way! I would NEVER see another doctor again and have to admit I would follow Dr. Warburton any where if she were to leave.

When you move to a new state, finding new care givers of any kind can be daunting. Im so lucky to have found Dr. Warburton at EnVision Eye Care for my optometric needs. Anyone who wears multi-focal lenses knows that getting just the right fit and prescription can be tricky under any circumstances, but Dr. Warburton, her assistant Seth, and the rest of her staff couldnt possibly have been more helpful, friendly or patient with me throughout the process. Im getting new glasses too, and Will (on the "Optique" side) was helpful as well. UPDATE: Id originally given Envision 5 stars, but then my glasses came in and werent the Transitions lenses that I had ordered. That wasnt a catastrophe or anything, but but I would have preferred an "Oops, we made a mistake and well fix it" to the "Your insurance messed up the order" explanation (which doesnt quite add up for me). Nevertheless, they did correct the error, and I still had an overall positive experience.

Terrible customer service. Everything they do takes WAY longer than they estimate. I have seen them talk down to the elderly when an issue arose that was THEIR fault entirely. And when my 7 year old lost his glasses and the lenss had to be ordered, it took them 2 WEEKS to make him another pair of glasses. When I explained that he still has to go to school everyday even though he can hardly see, they only seemed to be annoyed by my complaints. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER make another transaction with this company again. Never. UPDATE (3 days later): I got my sons glasses today. Along with a letter stating that "Continuation of the doctor-patient relationship is no longer in the best interest of this office". They also gave me all the records for myself & all of my chidren and said that they cant work with me anymore due to comments I made about their office on the internet. Its amazing that this company is still in business.

I have been to Envision Eye care three times now. All experiences have been excellent. I find the staff very professional but not rigid. They are friendly and I have been taken on time on all visits. I have a cataract in one eye and it is being followed closely. There is no rush to surgery which I like and I always feel I have input into all discussions and that I am LISTENED to and HEARD. On my last visit there was a slight change in my prescription. The staff felt there was not enough of a change to warrant getting a new pair of glasses which I appreciate since I would be paying for this set of glasses..I appreciate the honesty which is not often found in this medical waste land. I highly recommend this service. I wish my medical Dr and his staff were this good, accommodating and professional

I went in this morning to see Mark about having new lenses put in some old frames because the Polarized surface had bubbled from being in the sun for the past 7 years. I knew it would cost me around $70 but thats what I wanted. Mark said he would take a look and for me to sit tight for 5 minutes, when he returned he handed me my glasses with the coating removed and the lenses nice and shiny, when I asked him how much I owed him he told me "Just a hand shake" this kind of service is unheard of in the real world when people have a fee for just saying Good Morning. I cant thank Mark enough for that little bit of kindness and I "HIGHLY" recommend Envision Eye Care for all your spectacle needs. A very sastified customer Gregg Mahin
