I have been seeing Dr. Austin Sonsky and buying glasses with Harriets help since the first time I ever had my eyes checked! These are the only people I trust! Austin takes all the anxiety out of the examination. He has a calm chair-side manner, is professional, and very knowledgeable. His wife, Harriet who is up on all the trends and latest technology, buys the frames, and along with an amazing, friendly, helpful staff who also model the frames, makes sure the look, fit, kind of lens, and price point meets your needs perfectly. They are completely honest, so if you think something looks great when it might not, youll know in a nice way, before you buy. And they dont try to push more expensive frames just to encourage you to spend more. They have a wide selection of frames for kids through seniors, frame to frameless, conservative to trendy, readers to progressives, designer to cute ones that are covered by insurance and even sunglasses! I always get complements on my frames, and I can always tell when its time to get new ones by how many have copied my look. Oh, and they are wonderful and up to date on the latest technology for contacts as well. My new ones are so comfortable, I forget I am wearing them! Location - safe, convenient, and accessible. Parking - easy, close, and available. Showroom - contemporary, warm and inviting, pretty but not intimidating. Needless to say - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The whole family loves Eye Contact West!

Ive been going to Dr. Sonsky for over 15 years. There is very little turnover in staff, which is a good sign of a happy work environment. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and low key. I never feel pressured into buying glasses or add-ons that are out of my budget (and insurance plan). They do repairs for free for their customers. Excellent office!

This place has excellent service!!! They have bent over backwards to assist my daughters. We made a mistake upon ordering two pairs of glasses. They made it right anyways. My daughter later broke her glasses in school, they changed the frame with one they had in stock same day. They are awesome!!! Highly recommended!!!!
