I have been going to Quality Performance Rehab, Prima Vista for many years (at least 10) for physical therapy, both my husband and I. My experience has been outstanding! Tom has the experience, knowledge and charisma that is really needed in physical therapy. He is the only one I would think of for my physical therapy. I have had knee surgery, back surgery and right shoulder surgery, so I speak from my experiences going to Quality Performance Rehab.

Patrick and his staff at QPH performed a thorough evaluation, diagnosed my back problem, and devised and implemented an effective treatment regimen. During a month of visits, Patrick methodically increased my range of motion, improved my endurance, and toned my muscles. Most importantly, my pain was eliminated. Without the treatment I would not have been able to complete a lengthy boating voyage.

What do I notice the most about Quality Performance Rehabilitation Center? The warm welcoming right when I walk in. It starts off with multiple smile-filled welcomes, mixed with a positive attitude. The staff is always encouraging patients like myself that there will be a great outcome if you strive for it, but never push yourself too far. 5 stars.

My mom was friends with one of the physical therapists here, and thats how I found out about them. I have had much success with my physical therapy treatment here. The staff are always friendly, and they really look out for your well- being. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I would say needs improvement is a bit more equipment.
