Dr. Detweiler has been my primary eye doctor for about 4 years now and I have been impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and concern for my needs. Her staff have been impeccable as well, I can always count on smiles from the techs and a family feel throughout the entire office. I always get great recommendations when shopping for glasses and much like shoes, I have to try ALL of them on and they are very patient with me :) I couldnt have chosen a better doctor to put the care of my eyes into. Thanks Dr D and staff!

I cant speak to the skills of Dr. Detwiler but I felt compelled to leave a review because of the way I was treated by the front desk. They werent very knowledgable about the medical coverage that Aetna provided (saying that eye care was separate when it was actually included in medical). They also were very short with me and made me feel very anxious about making an appointment. Both times I called, they just said "bye" very abruptly and then hung up. Im feeling very put off by the customer service at this office.

Dr. Detwiler and her staff are amazing. I have been a patient for over 7 years now and have been extremely pleased with the level of care and concern received from everyone there. They are great at explaining the medical issues pertaining to your vision and how different lifestyles and occupations affect it. They are also very thorough in helping you understand your insurance plan to ensure you reap the full benefits. I would recommend Eye I Deals and Dr. Detwiler to anyone.

I would not recommend going to this facility due to the lack of customer service and inhospitable treatment from the front desk. Some of the women have very ineffective communication skills and it is very difficult to convey your intent because they do not listen. I highly recommend going elsewhere; the prices are pretty basic across the board so why not get better service?

Very surprised to see someone that did not recommend this office. Highly disagree. Dr. Detwiler is very thorough in her eye exam. Never got a better exam anywhere else I have gone. Staff is very professional and helpful.
