I was recommended to the Henry Vision Center by my daughter (Kimberly); I was very reluctant to make an appointment due to past experiences (not with Henry Vision). However, I made the appointment and the rest is history. My first visit was amazing, the doctor and staff at Henry Vision Center were very professional and helpful. Dr. Henry was very pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions (he wasn’t rushing or impatient). In addition, the staff was very friendly and supportive regarding my insurance. Because of my positive experience I have already recommended several friends to Henry Vision Center and will continue referring family and friends.

Dr. Henry is an amazing doc but the wait time for your glasses is ridiculous I went to there July 26 and its October now AND I STILL DONT HAVE THEM. They said it would take 3 weeks to 90 days I thought they just said that in case they didnt come early but they dont care if you cant see or get hurt because they are taking there SWEET TIME with giving people there glasses.

I like Dr. Henry, the problem is his staff. His staff lack customer service experience. I have been bringing my family to Henry Vision for 3 years and the last experience was the worst. Maybe it is due to the new employees he has hired . I am very disappointed with the service of my last visit!

The doctor is amazing and you can tell how well he mastered his profession and gives detail advice. Other than that... I had to bring my classes back 3x and they have had it for 3 months and still no call back. No cooperation and visible incompetence from staff. Not all staff.
