This has been by far the worst experience Ive had at a Dr. Office. My daughters appointments was at 10:00/10:15 so we Arrived early at 9:50 cause theyre new patients and I knew it was going to be tons of paperwork. The staff was very friendly and polite. At 10:20 we were asked to pick out glasses. So thats what we did. When 10:40 came around I asked the staff about the wait time. I was informed Dr. Odion was running late cause of traffic. They kept asking if I wanted to pick out glasses. I was asked that 3times by 3 different staff members. That was becoming annoying. At 11:10 Dr. Odion Calls their names. He was very rude. He made No eye contact and his facial expressions wasnt pleasant. We gets to the back and he asked "hows your morning " my response "besides the wait time my morning is going well. Thanks for asking" he looked at me and said " well you dont have to be seen get the f*** out." First I thought I was hearing things until my 10year looked and me and said "ma he just cursed at us". I told him "Im sorry that hes having a bad morning but he dont have to be disrespectful in front of my kids." He said Im having a bad morning and im not seeing you get out". He walked us to the front and told the receptionist Im not seeing them." I just told my kids to come on. I never been disrespected by a doctor in my life. He was using the f*** word to freely. He didnt care at all.

Told on the phone they took our insurance. Once we got there for our appointment they tell us they dont take it. Charge us $80 for eye exam. Gave us prescription that wasnt fully filled out. Called and asked for complete prescription and they just tell me some random numbers. Took prescription to office that does take our insurance. They tell us the prescription is obviously wrong. It makes no sense at all. The numbers that they printed (not even including the ones they told me) were impossible. After many phone calls and being not nice they "look" in the computer and change the numbers on the prescription. Had to take my child elsewhere to get correct prescription which wasnt even close to what they gave us. Other office says they get people with the same story from this office regularly. They take peoples money and give them bogus prescriptions. Wont refund for wrong prescription. Do not trust them. They will make your eyesight worse.

I had a serious eye situation, by which I could have lost my vision. The staff is SOOO polite and friendly. Dr. Odion was very personable, and listened (caring and patiently) to all of my concerns. He was very reassuring that if I followed his directives, we would come through this with minimal to no problems at all. Needless to say, today Im doing just fine. I would HIGHLY recommend Opti-World Vision Center to ANYONE in need of an Ophthalmologist !!!

BE WARNED, Dr Odion uses a horrible automatic dialing system -- this "genius marketing technique" calls me over and over--at least 2x a week. STOP. ENOUGH. ILL NEVER COME BACK. My repeated calls to the office to remove my name/tel obviously havent worked. If you go, please tell Doc that this is a bad idea.

Do not go here. Doctor gave me two different lenses. Glasses look crazy Complained of headaches. Was told to switch from new glasses and my old when I get headaches. Idiots. Not going back. They dont understand eye conditions at all

The wait time is horrible !!!!!!!! The doctor wasnt even on time. My girlfriend appointment was at 10 she didnt get seen until 11:40 Waited Almost two damn hours for the doctor I dont recommend anyone come here !!!
