My name is Robert Hall I came to Essence of Life Spinal Care a month ago with many problems. I had constantly Vary bad upper neck and shoulder pain for years , Migraines headaches, lower back pain, numbness to my left thigh and tingling of my head and fingers and feet. I also had Gurd problems for many years and was only sleeping 4 hours a night, I had loss of energy and enthusiasm to do daily things.The range of motion in my neck was getting badly like a stiff neck and I was even having putting my socks and shoes on.I have bean tolled by many doctors it is a part of getting old hear take this pill you will feel better. ( What a racket) After my first visit to Essence of Life Spinal Care under the care of Dr. Miranda. A very professional doctor and her Curtis and informative staff. I saw my x-rays of my head and neck and shoulders and it was vary clear to me I had other problems not ever even mentioned to me by my other Doctors. My head was tilted and my neck spine was not aliened straight looking at them straight on. The side view showed even more to me. Now Because of my neck misalignment I was hunching over and did not even know it. After my first adjustment witch was not in any way pain full, in fact I was surprised and amazed of this operation after hearing for many years of how spinal cord adjustments went. My back and neck mussels relaxed and my neck pain did not feel as sore as it has always been. Now after a month of treatments I have noticed many changes for the better. My head does not feel like it has been cut off and i have almost no more neck pain, some time under a bad day of stress maybe but for now it feels great WOW. I have no more tingling in my fingers and head and feet and i have feeling in my thigh again. My migraines headaches are gone and my back pain is almost gone as my body is healing itself. The range of motion in my neck is back to normal and I am not hunching over any more so I am being tolled by other people. My sleeping is getting much better more than 6 hours now a night. I have more energy each day and I can eat back normally and my gurd is not acting up . I know it takes time to fully recover and stay this way but each day I feel a little better than the day before. I FULLY Recommend every body to get checked out before you feel or get get worse. MY hat is off to you Essence of Life Spinal Care , Dr. Miranda and your Staff. Thank you , Thank you, Thank you. for bringing me back from the dead and into life.

Dr. Miranda and her staff are friendly and caring. The office atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Mirandas mission is to have my body heal itself through careful and specific correction of my upper cervical. Dr. Mirandas medical care is customized to my specific need. I suffer from chronic back aches and joint pain. I have been corrected by Dr. Miranda for 3 years now and have experienced reduced back and joint pain. I have noticed when I go untreated, the pain begins to appear more frequently. I have decided to make a life change and continue the maintenance of my body through upper cervical care. I cant imagine living my life in such chronic pain. I really appreciate the care and special attention given to me at Essence of Life Spinal Care.

I cant say enough good things about this doctor. She actually listens and cares about my issues. She put together a comprehensive treatment plan including the financial aspect. Which is quite reasonable in my opinion. I am already seeing improvements in the time frame she laid out. Dr. Miranda has also given me a lot of help to make it easier to do my job which has made things already a lot better. The office is quiet and relaxing and clean. I dont feel rushed and the gentleman at the front desk is friendly and I feel welcomed when I am there. I have felt better than I have in years and confident in her treatment plan.This is an amazing doctor!

Through her care, Dr Miranda has helped eliminate my upper back and shoulder pain, as well as frequent headaches. Pain related to my ear infection has all but disappeared. I notice that I sleep a lot better as well! Dr Miranda is always extremely friendly and she will work with your schedule, which is rare (I live in St Petersburg and can only come in the evenings, when traffic is not always the best.) Dr Miranda clearly cares about her patients and loves her work! Give upper cervical care a try, you will be amazed with the positive results!

Before March of 2014 my neck was in pain just about everyday. The simple task of laying my head on a pillow or sitting up with my head laid back would be a painful experience. Pain relievers would only help for a few hours then the pain would be back again and then more pain pills.
