In 2010 - 2012 I have been a patient of Dr. Carrie Oleston since May 4, 2010 and would swear by all the success that her treatments have done for me! Let me explain. When I first became a patient, I was very skeptical of acupuncture. I was having severe lower back pain caused by Arthritis in my Facet Joints and I also had Arthritis in my left Knee. My quality of life had deteriorated to such a point as I was not able to sleep in a bed any longer and was only able to sleep in a recliner. My knee was throbbing all the time and I had spent at least 9 months doing physical therapy, taking prescription medication and then finally a procedure where they gave me 5 needles in my lower back. After all the failed treatments and drugs I found myself desperate for a solution that would help me stabilize my condition. That is when I met with Dr. Carrie for a consultation and I immediately felt very comfortable as I had all my questions answered in a manner that was professional, but most importantly in a way that I could understand what she can do for me and what my expectations should be for the next few months. As I started my treatment, I was shocked that I felt better after my first visit. I started to come to Dr. Carrie on a regular schedule and in a matter of months, I was sleeping in a bed and had NO significant pain in my lower back or knee. The treatments and Dr. Carrie were a life saver. I have also started to see Dr. Carrie in February of 2011 for treatment of Bells Palsy. I was in NY and woke up with the right side of my face drooping with NO control of my muscles. This was a true nightmare and a very scary experience. After meeting with all the appropriate doctors and realizing that this virus attacks the nerve below my right ear and that I was told that there really isnt much that can be done, I immediately went to Dr. Carrie, who first really calmed me down and told me she could definitely help. I have so much confidence and trust in her, that I put my belief in her hands once again. It has been a long road, but I can tell you that after 1 yaer or so , I have 90% movement back in my facial muscles and believe that with the continued help, support and quality care I get from Dr. Carrie, I now expect a 100% recovery. Dr. Carrie has made a huge difference in my life and I would highly recommend her services and incredible staff to anyone!!! My 17 year old son also is seeing Dr. Carrie for a back and a rib problem for months and is providing Acupuncture and Chiropractic services to him. He has improved dramatically and is very happy with the exceptional care he receives. Dr Carrie is a caring and a very professional Doctor who helps mange your care throughout the process and with other doctors. I am still seeing Dr Carrie for maitenance and Im happy to report that Im still sleeping in a bed!!!!

What Dr. Oleston has done for me has been great, but what she has been able to do for my mother is nothing short of miraculous! With severe nerve impingement at 5 levels; multiple bulging and herniated discs; and 1 extruded disc, my mother was in an immense amount of pain. She wasnt able to walk from room to room in her house without either sitting or falling to her knees due to the excruciating pain. A visit to an orthopedist rendered a recommendation for major back surgery, including pins, rods, and caging her spine for added stability - something that at her age (68) none of us were keen on. It was at this time that I asked Mom to give chiropractic a chance, despite the fact she had long been a skeptic. I brought Mom to Dr. Oleston and prayed shed be able to help. Fast forward a couple of months following regular treatments with Dr. Oleston ... Mom soon was back to being able to do small household chores. A few weeks later, she walked her first mile without sitting or being brought to her knees by the pain. She actually planted and has been weeding and harvesting her garden this year, too, which is something she thought shed never again be able to do. She still does her stretching exercises twice daily that Dr. Oleston gave her to stay limber, and she continues with chiropractic adjustments once every 3 weeks. I am so pleased to report that Mom is PAIN FREE, was able to AVOID SURGERY altogether, and is on NO pain medication, NO muscle relaxants, NOTHING! Thank you, Dr. Oleston and staff, for your care and compassion in your treatment of my entire family! We appreciate your gentle nature and passion for helping people more than you could ever imagine!

The professionalism of this office begins with the first phone call and when you step foot in the door. After just 1 visit, Jackie knew me by name and personally interacted with me in a way that you just dont normally get from an office staff. She patiently shows me how to do my stretches correctly and always takes as much time as I need. Natasha is a newbie but has quickly made herself right at home in the office and is always a pleasure to talk to! Both Jackie and Natasha are always so nice! Dr. Oleston has done wonders for my back and neck. I used to have significant lower back pain and the combination of treatments and stretching regimen have improved my comfort level. Her expertise is obvious on the first visit and theres never any pressure to do anything youre uncomfortable with. The first visit I mentioned I dont like getting my neck cracked and I never had to say it again. She remembered from day 1 to adjust my neck using the little adjuster tool instead, I never had to remind her. Its little things like this that make you feel like youre being listened to, not just a patient. I am so happy I found this office, great group of ladies and highly recommended!!

We love Oleston Chiropractic. Our entire family sees Dr. Oleston for regular chiropractic adjustments and we have been very happy for several years. In the last year, I developed a really bad case of Plantar Fasciitis. After talking to Dr. Oleston about my severe foot pain at one of my regular appointments, I decided to give acupuncture a try. Im so glad that I did! It took some time and some patience, but I am happy to say that Im free from the chronic foot pain and I am finally getting back to my normal routine. If you are suffering with painful Plantar Fasciitis, consider acupuncture as part of your treatment. I actually found it more helpful that the painful cortisone shots offered by most doctors. Im so happy to be "back on my feet" again! Thanks Dr. Oleston!

I have been seeing Dr. Oleston throughout my pregnancy and cannot say enough positive things about the staff and Dr. Oleston herself. The staff is very professional and polite and they make you feel more than just a patient but like a long time friend. I believe the adjustments Ive been getting from Dr. Oleston have been a major contributing factor to my healthy pregnancy and just feeling great overall throughout my pregnancy. We discuss different concerns at each appointment and I never feel rushed and leave with all my questions answered. Dr. Oleston goes out of her way to provide me with additional resources to research from home so I can be better informed. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Oleston for my future chiropractic needs!
