This has to be the worst front office staff that Ive ever dealt with at a doctors office. It took so long to make an appointment and verify insurance after getting disconnected mid call and having to call back to only go in three days later and have them tell me that they dont even have me down in the books for an appointment. When I had explain to them how badly I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible because I didnt think my blood pressure medication was working for me any longer. You would think they would take a patient who has high blood pressure seriously and wouldnt make such a Big mistake as not even putting a patients name down for an important appointment. Not only that they couldnt fit me in that day or even the same week, they wanted me to wait an entire extra week until they could fit me in again. I cannot speak for the doctor himself but be cautious about using this office because who knows if youll even have an appointment once you get there especially if your appointment is something serious.

Dr. Perez cares about his patience and takes the time to explain things to them. This may cause him to be running a little bit late as the day goes on, but if you want an old fashioned doctor/patient experience it’s well worth a potential little extra wait. My parents, both in their 70s, love him and have gone to him for 20 years. They recommended him to me 10 years ago, I’m 49 now and will stay with Dr. Perez until he retires. His office also draws blood on-sight, which saves an extra appointment and trip. I have never run in to any extra fees, all out of pocket costs have been very reasonable.

The front desk staff has always been very helpful and nice. Dr. Perez has been the best dr. I have ever seen even though I did have to wait a little while after my appointment time I felt great he took the time to listen to my problems and he actually listens he addressed all my concerns and has helped me feel so much better. Dr. Perez is very honest and fair we need more doctors like him. And as for the negative comments some people are mean when they are sick or even feel not themselves. People need to learn to be humble and they will get more things and better service.

Wrost doctor office ever , watch out with the hidden charges even though your insurance pays them!!!! They will send you to collections with their hidden fees.... They will not give you a copy of your medical records with them or a copy of your prescriptions either but they will have you on the run around for days before making a lame excuse for not giving it to you!!!!!

Dr. Perez has not only been a wonderful doctor, but he has also gotten my children and I through some very difficult times, to include the illness and passing of my husband from pancreatic cancer. His caring, compassionate and understanding manners are only equaled by his unique capability of combining friendliness with respect. So glad we found him over ten year ago.

I would not recommend this doctor. He is creepy and borders on molester status. He makes many women feel uncomfortable. I have heard him yelling at his office staff and constantly has drug reps in his office, which always take priority. ALWAYS. You can also count on your wait being an hour MINIMUM. And thats on a good day.

I found (by accident) Dr. Perez at least ten years ago. He was in a different office, but I really was able to relate to him. He left that office and I spent over a year trying to re-find him. Now that Ive found him and have been seeing him ever since, I will NEVER leave as long as he doesnt throw me out.

I really love Dr. Perez. He is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly when to refers you to a specialist whenever he feels its necessary. He listens and to me that is important.
