Dr, Lindsay in my personal opinion does not seem caring to the patient. She is more in it for the money.. My entire family has been with Northpointe when Dr, HaiDang Hoang, D.O. was there. This doctor was a loving medical provider. When he move to a diffrent state we decided to try out Dr Lindsay. Today we have decided enough is enough. My husband called in one desperate morning 0900hrs when I was in desperate need.( with migraine headaches) Dr Lindsay is aware of my medical history and shedule me for 10:00am for a imitrex injection to stop the immediate migraine headache. When I arrived the receptionist charges me an immediate copay and when the doctor calls me in she tells me she is sorry she relized after my husband called she did not have any shots. I told her why she did not called him back to tell him. Instead she waited till we got There. Dr, Lindsay charges my insurance company for the visit to include copay for something she knew I was coming for (immitrex shot) at her office visit. Her nurse is very humble and kind.. she felt bad for me. In my opinion I felt it was more about an office charge than caring for a desperate mother who was in escruciating pain. The doctor still had an opportunity to stop me at the reception desk before charging my copay. At least I would expect for her to tell me I dont have what you need to cure your migraines but I can provide you with a prescription at this office visit.That would be a fair charge! Leaving the opportunity for me to decide weather i want to leave to another patient clinice for immediate care or see her. Than what hurts me the most was when I ask the doctor if she knew another place SHE CAN RECOMMEND for immediate care she said No. I ended up leaving her facility with no immediate care and left desperatley to Trinty Hospital. When they ask who was my family care doctor it so happens Dr, Lindsay is affiliated with the Trinity hospital. Why the doctor never recommended Trinity Hospital beats me. Hospital charges My insurance I paid my copayment and ended up with an injection to stop immediate migraine and given an I.V due to dehydration. That was why my migraine were worst! Something Dr, Lindsay DID NOT NOTICE!!! Thank You Trinity Hospital for your immediate attention to patient care….

If youre looking for a new PCP, I highly recommend Dr. Samantha Lindsay. My experience: I had barely sat down after I filled in the necessary forms when I was called by the nurse to get weighed in. I set my things in the room, was weighed, pulse taken, oxygen measured, temperature taken and the nurse gave me a bottle for a specimen, gave me instruction, then she left. Dr Lindsay entered within a minute of time. She listened to my lungs, my heart. Then she sat next to me facing me and her computer. She asked me questions, since I had come in with a complaint of pain in several locations. The nurse stuck her head in, handed Dr. Lindsay a good report on my specimen. We talked. She answered all my questions. She even looked up one of my supplements on the computer to make sure it did what I thought it did. We had an easy relaxed conversation. She suggested I first try therapy to be evaluated before I go to an orthopedic surgeon. She knew I did not want to rush into surgery if there was an alternative solution to my pain. She wrote me a referral for therapy, and a page for blood work to rule out a serious possibility. I stopped at the desk and was taken care of immediately. Ive been seeing Dr. Lindsay for several years now, and have referred 5-6 people to her. I like her style a great deal and the way she listens to what I want. Thats why I switched insurance coverage to keep her.

I became acquainted with Dr. Lindsay through a womens networking group. The more I got to know her, the more I liked her, so when my doctor relocated farther from my house, I decided to switch to her care. I was not disappointed. She is very pleasant, clearly understands the emotional aspect and interpersonal importance of patient care (very important to me!) and has a wonderful sense of humor. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a new PCP. An important side note - her office staff is also very pleasant to deal with!

Dr. Lindsay is very attentive and personable. My feedback to my family was, "shes a real person." I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She provided instruction in a caring manner, without lecture. My wait time was a little long, but my appointment was not rushed. Dr. Lindsay and her staff were very pleasant and I appreciate the attention to wellness and prevention. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

I was referred to Dr Lindsey thru my insurance. I found her to be very knowledgeable, compassionate and very intentive. She didnt rush my appointment, she sat and talked with me, she went over all my options and she even made me laugh. I am please to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Lindsay is an excellent physician. I plan to return to her office for all my primary care needs. Her staff is awesome. Theyll make a visit lighthearted and easy. My wait was very short; and I was given full attention for the entire visit. Cant say enough about the kind people here.
