Awful. First, as with all doctors, as a new patient they give you forms to sign: one stated that you agree to receive promotions on products and services, and if you want it to stop down the road, you have to send a written letter to a PO Box to stop the spam. Another form asks you to sign that they can share all your medical records to third parties for promotion purposes (I refused to sign it, to which the lady said, oh, this is optional). Then, she told me that as per their policy, any future lab work they might do needs to be paid ahead of time up to my $ 250 deductible (I have Blue Cross Blue Shield), even BEFORE sending anything out (they would calculate the probable amount). I told her that I would be happy to pay my copay and anything else for the visit, but not a projected hypothetical bill for labs, and that I would pay the labs service once they are actually doing lab work on me. To that I got a snappy response about their policy and did not get seen by the practitioner (not even a doc!!). What a wasted afternoon and sad example on what health care has become. "Cashford" Circle is an appropriate address for this "doctors" office.

Well I made an appointment to see the Dr. for one thing and only saw the PA. I asked to see a Dr. when making the appointment. The issue I went in for was blew off to the side by the PA. She was more interested in taking off a mole on my back which had been there pretty much all my life and has never changed. Afterwards, they had to scrap it again. The site has never been the same since and has only caused more problems and more money yet they say everything is perfectly fine yet I have to keep chucking $100s of dollars every couple of months for them to make it better. Finding a new dermatolist!

Great service from beginning to end. Loved Michelle Lee Golf and her assistant. Front desk was nice too. Made an appt for my mom and I had to go again so I set up appt for us together. Same great service. Would definitely go back for myself and for my mom. Now recommending my husband to go. Highly recommend them! Thanks for making us feel like you really care!

Went this morning because my eye is swollen shut and there is some kind of rash in the corner. I have been going there for a couple of years,but the wouldnt see me today. They wanted to give me an appointment for another day. What good is an office that wont see you in an emergency.
