My sister and I took my niece and nephew here since October all the way through to almost Christmas. My niece had contracted scabies at her school but we didnt know what it was. The entire family caught it including the baby. We continuously ask the doctors here is this scabies because they kept saying it was just an allergic reaction or a rash. They kept saying no its not scabies buy better lotions. They never once gave a prescription or did any kind of actual test. They just saw two lower-class children that had state funded insurance and never thought that they deserve better. Two weeks before Christmas we couldnt take it anymore and went to the ER. It took them less than two minutes to diagnose the severe outbreak of scabies. This doctors office should be ashamed for what they did not do. Whats worse is their actions exposed so many people to this parasite.

Lady at front desk making appointments was so incredibly rude! They messed up and gave me the wrong lab paperwork so when the lab I was at tried to call their office back no one could get in touch with ANYONE to correct the mistake. They never answered the phone and never called back so I couldnt even get my lab work done. So pathetic.

Very happy with this provider! Our appointments are always timely, waiting room large, clean and has a tv, ladies at the desk are very nice, thorough and communicative. Our PA Patrick has been fantastic with my teen age son and his issue! Great experience there, EVERY TIME. Very happy to have found them, plan on keeping!
