Im 20 and I have malignant melanoma. I went from the dermatologist who diagnosed me to Moffitt. Moffitt was way too slow and pretty far away. (I go to the McKinley location and live in Riverview.) I found this doctor was literally like 3 or so miles away from me and decided to give it a chance. I am glad I did. Ive seen both Dr. Norman and Dr. Holly (I think). They are caring, gentle, fast... Really, every quality I was looking for. I really am glad to have found such an amazing Dermatologist!

Summer
I was going here for about six months for my skin and it never got even a little bit better. Each time I visit the doctor would never even look at my skin and barely let me talk to tell them all the problems. Right away just prescribed me 2 random prescriptions and took them exactly like I shouldve and never helped. The receptionist had also been very rude to me ever since my very first visit.

they had no need to help me. Kept me on hold and bounced me from person to person. You may have been busy, but you could have taken my information instead of bouncing me to a recorder. Human to human is a better customer service than electronic. Just me, I pay so much money for insurance and on top have to pay a deductable and I know I deserve great service.

Worst dermatologist office i have been to. Went in for a procedure on my forehead, that I was told would not scar and was covered by insurance. Well, they sent me a bill for the full amount later on. Then the scarring came back to worse than when i went it. Do yourself a favor, find another dermatologist this one is terrible.

I actually had a very good experience at this office and Dr. Norman was very nice and was very knowledgeable. The wait wasnt long and the staff was also great. I recommend this Dr to anyone.

horrible, if you dont have top notch insurance the doctor will not see you. They try to sell stuff and are very annoying with it.
