Saw the PA. Waited over 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment even though there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. Rushed through. Did not do the annual body check as scheduled. Could not tell me with certainty what a place was or exactly how it should be taken care of. Unable to answer my questions with anything more than " not sure. Theres a possibility etc. I prefer more knowledge and professionalism in my medical providers! $60 copay and waisted time yet no more the wiser! Plenty of dermatogists in the area I suggest finding a different one! I sure am!!!!

Dr. Poinsett is by far the best dermatologist. Her and her staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I am a patient who suffered from a rare skin condition. Ive visited several dermatologist in Greenville and was told the same story each time. She was the only one who helped me. Her and her staff worked around the clock to work with me, my insurance, and the pharmaceutical company to get me a very specific prescription medication to treat my condition. I cant thank her and her staff enough. The best doctor in town. She truly changed my life.

Not professional at all, one of the receptionist was complain about her work load in front of a waiting room full of people. "I had a waiting room full of people going out the goddamn door and nobody wanted to come help me" of course much more ghetto than that. Miserable when I walked in, not a hello or a good morning. Just a "sign in here Ill call you back up later" sat for 25 minutes before anybody accknowledged me .

I have never had a negative experience at this office. The personel, front and back have always been polite, accommodating, helpful, patient. Face to face or on thw phone. I have never felt rushed in my appoitments with Dr. Poinsett and when I have a "new" concern I can schedule an appointment very quickly.
