I have had some frustrated experiences with their front office. They just arent very friendly. The nail in the coffin for me was when they called and just told me they were rescheduling my appointment. I dont mind that it had to get re-scheduled, but the way they said it they didnt even ask if the new day would work, or express any regret for having to re-schedule. When are healthcare providers going to realize that patients can choose to go elsewhere?

I am a former patient at the office off woodruff rd. I do not recommend this dermatology practice. First it is non existance to get a call back this office when you leave a message and phone. I recent left a message stating I need an appointment, I indicted I thought i had skin cancer again and need to see a doctor as soon as possible. no one for office ever called me back.. i had to go to another dermotology practive about my concerns

Very rude employees. They do not return phone calls. Dr. Parks especially is very rude. I would not recommend these people at all. Overall a terrible experience and I will not be returning. It took them a week to read me my lab results telling me I had cancer. I consider that a big deal and needs to be communicated immediately, not a week late even though we tried to contact them. If I could give less than one star I would.

I have been coming here for several years. I started with Dr. West but he is now retired. He referred me to Brooke Meyer for continued visits. I really like Brooke. I have never had a problem with any of the staff or rudeness when I call or get reminders from them regarding future appointments. If you need a dermatologist, I recommend Dermatology Associates. They also have an office on Tanner Road in Mauldin.

I am also having problems getting a call back. Have been waiting for results from a lab test for 2 weeks. If it werent for the fact that I dont want to start over with another doctor for my daughters skin condition, we would change doctors now. We wont be back to Dermatology Associates once my daughters issue is resolved.

The front desk associates are not helpful and will just shut the window to ignore you. I went to Doctor Catanzaro to have a mole checked. He didnt touch or examine it. He simply leaned over me and said "looks fine". Since then I have had the mole removed by another doctor because it kept bleeding. Bad experience.

Amazing office. Dr. Parks and her team are nothing but helpful and kind. Took many biopsies, and once the results came in (they stated could take up to two weeks) they immediately called and and got me scheduled for the procedure. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Bryan is my favorite doctor. I see him annually and have had no problems with the front desk. The one bad things is that appointment times are hard to come by to schedule far in advance.
