Terrible experience. No professional standard of ethics whatsoever! PA was very curt and did not even listen to the issues I was facing, was trying to rush through my appointment so she can herd through patients to make those most money possible at the cost of quality care to patients, was also out to have me return for as many appointments as possible to drag out my treatment so that they can keep billing me rather than giving me quality care for the underlying issue. She had me in tears before I had to ask to speak to the doctor, who never came to see me. Had to pay for service upfront rather than after appointment like most professional doctors offices. PA had door open half way through appointment and no respect for my privacy (felt so embarrassed), and kept telling me to visit an obgyn for acne meds rather than just prescribing it to me. Ridiculous! Called obgyn who told me that PA should prescribe those meds if its to treat acne and non-obgyn related.

Love the front office staff and love Kyle (PA). We have been going there for several years. My only complaint is that I dont care for their phone prompts and they could do a better job answering the phone, however they ALWAYS call back in a very timely manner. I have no idea how anyone could say anything negative about them, they are and always have been very caring and accomodating to our familys needs. They have always helped us to get medication as inexpensively as possible. I really cant say enough good things about the interactions we have had with Kyle and front office staff. We have met Dr. Tobon and liked him as well. Cant comment on any of the other providers as we have not had experience with them. I expect to wait at a doctors office and as long as I get the attention and care that I need its not a big deal. Overall I would highly recommend their office.

The office staff at this office is rude. The phone is rarely answered and voicemail is a constant. Returned phone calls are rare. The office has effectively screwed up every single appointment for over four months, which has created additional co-pays for both labs and office visits. Charts are not reviewed prior to appointments to ensure proper required test results are received for treatment therefore additional appointments have to be made and treatment withheld due to the office lack of due diligence. Shannon, ARNP, is exceptional and thats why we keep going back. The office manager is never in to report issues and doesnt return phone calls. No one will acknowledge there are problems with process to ensure the problems are addressed and fixed. In the environment of accountable care this office receives an "F."

Every single time one of family members has approached their services, they always recommend using Cerave. Cerave is an over the counter moisturizing cream, but it screams "we dont care of professional ethics, we care for the biggest kickbacks". ... and they write prescriptions by brand name, instead of medicine name, which a pharmacist can help find generic version. It sounds as if there is no other cream they know of, but once I talked to pharmacist, he was able to recommend a generic option, which required a call to Brandon Dermatology. ... and the generic version costs me 0.01% of the brand name cream they wrote as prescription which cost a couple of hundred dollars without insurance - and most insurance wont cover it, because its considered cosmetic cream.

I had a terrible experience here getting a mole removed. David (one of the PAs) did the procedure and it left a horrible scar on my chest from the poor job he did. He hardly explained the procedure to me before doing it, his hand was literally shaking when he was stitching it up, and he ran out of the room as soon as he finished without giving me any after care instructions. When I went back to get the stitches out (a medical assistant took them out) she also didnt give me any after care instructions and the PA nor the Dr. never came in to look at it. They lied on my chart about so many things obviously trying to cover themselves and avoid a lawsuit. Its a very shady practice with very inadequate professionals - go elsewhere.

Described problem over phone when making appointment, upon visit required to prepay and when Dr. looked at problem said it was beyond his ability and recommended surgeon. Have had much more sensitive and serious issues handled by other dermatologists in their office previously. Also, the Dr. , Very unprofessionally told my husband what his deductible is and he would have to pay for any services performed! Well...Theres the problem! They are more concerned about the dollar than the patient. If they are incapable of taking care of issues like this, it should be made known at time of making appointment instead of taking hard earned money first ! This was 1st and LAST visit !!

Front desk staff was very friendly, and my appointment was taken promptly. However, good luck getting someone on the phone. I am routinely directed to voicemail. When I call for test results, the voicemail states that I should wait 24-48 hours for a return phone call. I tried to call again an hour later, and again received voice mail again. I believe that they have no intention to answer the phone on the nurses line. I should have gotten results a week ago, and still have not. I feel like once you leave the office you are no longer important.

I had fillers done Juvederm and Restalyne. Kyle did it I have lumps that have yet to go away its been 6 weeks from Juvederm Ive never had this happen in the past with my other Dr. The Restalyne is uneven in my cheeks I have a dent in my right cheek I went back 2 weeks after it was done Kyle told me I was still swollen NO it was not injected correctly! I was told it could be corrected by investing in more syringes I had already spent over a 1000.00! No thank you! Not Happy and I wont be back!

Always had the best service here. Dr. Tobon has gone out of his way to make sure I am getting the best treatment possible. Also have been the most accommodating of my erratic work schedule and having to change appointments if need be. I would recommend this place a thousand times over and I continue to come here on my return trips to FL even though Im currently living out of state.

Horrible customer service... the front desk assistants speak to visitors like they cant wait for them to leave. The communication in the office is inconsistent and everyone seemed confused and untrained. I will find another dermatologist whos cares for their patients.
