Bad experience with doctors there. Had a visit with an orthopedic surgeon who gave me an injection and scheduled a follow up. When I came back, they wanted to do a nerve conduction test instead. The doctor made me wait an hour and a half to see me! The test was not explained to me before my visit as to what all was involved or how much would be my responsibility. It seems all they are interested in is how much they can charge you and how many tests they can order for you. If you are 15min late to an appointment, they charge you and you reschedule, would be nice if I could charge them for making me wait an hour and a half to see the doctor! I fully believe clinics are not the way to go. Its too bad they do not give the care they should, with all the doctors within a clinic, it should be top notch and the patient should be fully taken care of and not worrying about how much money they can put in their pockets.

I have been with Bond Clinic since 2005,yesterday was a bad experience for my husband and I. The doors were locked,pouring rain...i purposely parked in the handicap parking at avenue b. My husband just out of the hospital and needed a wheelchair we had to walk all around the building. Someone should have been manning the back entrance. Very disappointed. After getting drenched but on time for his appointment the doctor was 15 minutes late. Needless to say we were upset and left....never seeing the doctor. To Bond I suggest you pay attention to your patients.

Ok - the saga continues - Now Bond Clinic is charging my dad for missed appointments that were scheduled for my mom after they kicked them out of the clinic and she passed away. They wont remove the charges for the missed appointments. Also - they didnt record the money that she paid them at her office visits that were in addition to the co-pay.
