This place is wonderful. My mom has been going there for about 5 months and she loves it. Ive gone with her and have been very impressed with the professionalism, organization, and even the cleanliness of the place itself. I dont worry as much about my mom because they do full workups, send her to specialist when needed and make sure all of her routine checkups are done. Dr. Joseph is knowledgeable, impressionable, and empathetic she listened to my concerns regrading my mom and we were able to catch something early. It made a difference in my life and meant so much to me to have medical staff that care. Even the receptionist, the nurse and the pharmacist who seemed to recognize my concern for my mom was so helpful and set my heart at ease. This place really is a diamond in the rough ❤.

Ive been going here since 09. I come from a medical background so I critique everything from the driver to the care I receive in the exam room. I have not stayed consistent in any office since I was a child. Chen Medical is clean! You are not a patient you are family. If you have a serious problem going on theyre not going to show you to the door. Theyre going to spend whatever amount of time it requires to send you home better. I love this place!!!! Dr Chen hires the most compassionate people & many have been there for years!!!!
