Extremely positive experience. Programs were professionally explained to me. I never felt like I was being sold to. Dr. Angel is a competent Dr. With treatments tailored especially for my specific needs. Jennifer Nicholson is a very talented nurse, and was able to answer my questions with knowledge and compassion. Being overseas, they additionally made it very easy for me to travel, and continue my health program without interruption. If you are looking for programs to help you age well gracefully, without over inflated prices, this is your place. Every member of their staff works to make you feel comfortable and happy. I was referred by a friend to Youthful Balance. I had a wonderful experience . The staff was very professional and accommodating. Dr. Cuesta took his time and actually listened to all of my concerns and needs. I liked that he took his time and after testing developed a custom comprehensive approach to my needs. He clearly explained my regimen and set the correct expectations. It was refreshing to not just having a doctor give you pre-canned answers to sell you something. I have been a patient of Youthful Balance for over a year and I highly recommend them.

Love this place! First class personalized service. I went in with a long list of goals that I wanted to achieve. I wanted to lose weight, look better, sleep better and most importantly feel better.
