Have been going to this doctor for years until now. The fact is I have been going here due to the ease of getting an appointment. But I will never return again! The doctors you see now spend little time with you if any and after just a few minutes seem to prescribe meds to fix every problem. But, that is not the worst.. The bookkeeping is a problem waiting to happen. In my case for almost a year they were submitting my bills to the WRONG insurance company and when they finally refused them they billed me as if I had NO insurance at all. I supplied the proper information to them again and my insurance refused it due to the delay in time. SO, this doctor billed me directly for all the charges and while in talks with them. They sent the bills to my credit report as "COULD NOT COLLECT" .. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! Find someplace else. In closing DR graff is a nice guy its the people surrounding him that are VERY BAD..

I was reffered by a friend to this pkace, I desperately needed to see a doctor, a good one, made them my primary with my insurance. I called multiple times and they could never see me, they offered to call me back and that didnt happen, they never tried to help me, their schedule is ridiculous and all the answer I got from the lady who answered the phone was "I dont know what you want me to do", I had a terrible experience and I did t even get to see a doctor or go to the office. Now I have to change my primary with my insurance before I make an appointment anywhere. This people are robots they dont care about the person on the other side of the phone.

Impossible to contact anyone there with information on your current case. Called several times. Took over a week to submit my file to the FAA. Taking longer than a month now to respond to the FAA because they filled out my chart wrong. $90 for class 1 medical for nothing. Ill die of old age before they finally get things straightened out with the Feds. Thanks for wasting my time.

This office is a disaster ! No common sense After a painful first experience with a minor cold. I asked about blood work They said any day come in , no problem So of course I come in and NO we cant do blood work unless we do a physical Typical south Florida take your money !!! Avoid !!

Same day turn around and quick in and out. An awesome staff and a very understanding and helpful crew. Dr. Graff spent a great deal of time listening and offered the best advice. He is my FAA doctor as long as I fly in South Florida.
