At July 13, I had severe pain in my abdomen area, through ER at JMC, they find out I have kidney stone, Dr C. operated on me, so far so good, but since then I have discomfort pain in the same area, after visiting Dr. C and Dr. Caruso for several times, and two Lab test, two time Altrua sound , and two CT still they cannot figure out why. And more important is when they received first and second lab results took them three weeks to call me and bringing me to their office to tell me we cannot find out, today Nov. 14, 2916, exactly 13 working days past of my CT still nobody call to inform me of result, the question is if lab and CT was not necessary and not important why they order it. I have never had this bad experience with Dr. office, I am very dissatisfy from Dr. and staffs. Seems they are more interested in cashing than patients. but since then my visit on 12/19/2016, was very professional, I should thanks staffs and specially Dr. C. for follow up of my lab. Thanks again.

There are no words to describe this incredible Dr. We found out that my husband had a small lump on his kidney which was cancer. Dr. Caruso has an amazing bed side manner. He was kind - never rushed ready to answer any and all our questions. Aside from that he is brilliant and so humble, and professional - he uses the latest procedures and does what is necessary to make you healthy again - nothing more, nothing less. When my husband was in the hospital he came in often to tell us exactly how things were progressing. Dr. Carusos staff was another plus. - I mostly worked with Millie but everyone was awesome. Millie worked diligently with me to to get an appointment in Dr. Carusos schedule and was an amazing liaison when we had questions. I highly recommend Dr. Caruso and his staff - I am so grateful.

Dr. Caruso and his office staff have been great to work with. I believe I have received the best care in the field of Urology in our area. Dr. C. will take the time to listen to you. The office staff has been a pleasure to work with. Rosie and Desmond have diligently worked with me for several weeks now to resolve an issue with my insurance company. Jenny the receptionist is always polite when she greets me. Could not be more satisfied with this Doctor and his practice.

All else pales in comparison to his skill level. If you would like to be operated on by the best...the rest just does not matter. He is compassionate, caring and very skilled. Dr. Caruso is an excellent doctor. As a fellow physician I appreciate his expertise and professionalism. He took take of my father in the most compassionate way. His staff was patient and friendly. As a doctor who deals with complex urological problems, you may have a wait. Believe me its well worth it.

Horrible wait times, staff with a nasty attitude, and had to have my attorney call the office to get them to give me my lab results that they had in their possession for 3 days.....Find a different urologist. A friend of mine that had his vasectomy done here still has pain from the procedure

Dr. Caruso is the best urologist! Extremely caring and compassionate. Janet at the front is wonderful and caring too, she always goes out of her way to accommodate me. I had an insurance issue and she went above and beyond to make things right.
