Horrible horrible horrible, unprofessional, and uncaring staff. All except Donna. We established him as a primary for my husband 4 weeks ago. Never met him, but we would have when my husbands blood work was done. Im sure he is a very sweet, professional, good Doctor, but I will never know. I called a week ago to let them know that my husband was very ill in a trauma center with a heart attack and a stroke. The staff was rude and could have cared less. They said the Doctor had NO hospital affiliations and could not come and see my husband and read charts, etc. Rudely, they hung up on me. I dont know how all of this works. I dont know why in the world a primary Doctor would not be able to check on my husband. To top it all off, they called to remind me of an appointment he had with their office tomorrow. I was astounded. What???? Nobody took notes that I called a week ago????? I was in tears.They could have cared LESS. and said that NO hospital would call him if my husband was there. What good is a Doctor who cannot visit your loved one in the hospital?????? I NEVER give a review like this, but I cannot tell you the rudness and uncaring attitude to a crying wife who just cannot believe this. Hung up on me again. We are SOOOO covered with insurance, so that wasnt a problem. One day I will delete this review if the Doctor would just sit down with me and explain WHY, and hopefully, fire his entire staff except for Donna. The staff would not let me talk with her..twice. My husband is in good care and will recover. He will make it, but people like this make life a living hell for people like me. Uncaring, rude, mean, abrupt, when my husband...THEIR PATIENT ...could be dying. SO WRONG...SO WRONG!!!!!
