"A"plus specialist. Great doctor, great staff, great office. Went for perio pain issues and was able to be seen early next morning, thanks to Desiree in his office, who was also able to email new patient forms in advance. Helen took some xrays, gave me a detailed background history on Dr. Fotek, and what to expect. I found Dr. Fotek to be both meticulous, detailed, careful and quite thorough in his exam, consultation and deep perio cleaning treatment over the course of two visits. He recommended (3) potential general dentists for me to follow up with on the issues he determined needed further treatment, of whom I choose John Ledakis, DDS in W. Palm Beach, who I found to be equally impressive today. Dr. Fotek gave me the pros and cons of implants vs bridge for a tooth that I am going to lose without showing any bias. The cleaning was as painless as it could be. Desiree also went over my treatment plan charges with me, which I thought were quite reasonable given the time spent and level of service/s I received. Also accepted my Cigna dental plan. Dr. Foteks offices were immaculate with the latest digital equipment and an extremely comfortable dental chair. Also can do different levels of oral sedation, which I did not require. His office was easily the nicest oral care office Ive experienced, including medical offices, actually. Never thought I would feel good about having to go to a dentist office, but this one is exceptional. If you need this kind of specialization, I would recommend him most highly.

On June 6, 2015, I had surgery to correct receding gums. I can honestly say that the procedure was completely painless with the exception of the needle stick administering the lidocaine to numb my jaw for the procedure. Dr. Fotek explained everything he was going to do in detail and then methodically, and patiently, performed the surgery exactly as he said he would. The procedure took over two hours, yet he and his talented assistant Helen, never seemed rushed, or distracted by anything; they just made it happen in a very comforting and mellow way. From the moment I stepped into the office on my first visit, I was impressed by the elegant surroundings and the extremely courteous and professional staff. Whether greeting you in person or on the phone, Ester couldnt be nicer. She never failed to greet me with the offer of something to drink or some other courtesy. Heather, the office manager keeps things running like a fine oiled machine. She and Ester bent over backwards trying to get my insurance company to get it together on my behalf. This was no small task, and took many hours over numerous weeks to accomplish. Most office managers would just tell you to work it out on your own and come back with an approval or the cash. My periodontal care and well being seemed the only priority. Kinda refreshing these days.... Nobody wants to have dental surgery. If you must do so, I dont think you will find a more dedicated, competent, caring, team of professionals than youll find at Dr. Paul Foteks office.

I was referred to Dr.Fotek from my dentist due to an emergency with my tooth. I cant tell you how petrified I am of the dentist & avoided it for various reasons for 15 years. (I cried at both Doctors offices this week due to nerves..yep, that bad!) First, making the appointment with Rachel was a very pleasant experience, she was detailed, and very professional. Its a beautiful office. Long gone are the days of elevator music & tattered magazines at Dentist offices. Desiree, at the front reception, was fantastic & so accommodating. She explained everything throughly about consultation, payments, insurance, quotes, etc. She was also very open & patient about any questions I had. Naline, Dr. Foteks assistant, also super accommodating. She knew I was scared. They put a cinnamon/clove? heating neck rest around your shoulders. The chair is the most comfortable Ive ever laid in, and Naline also gave me some soothing music headphones & sunglasses to calm my nerves!! Dr. Fotek, was a pleasure & explained my issue up front, what the procedure was about, & things I should address in the future. He made me feel more comfortable about the situation. He made me laugh after the procedure(extraction)too! ( I needed that!) I have a long process with my teeth, but, I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Fotek & his staff!

Took my wife in for a check up and follow up ctscan pre implant surgery. Mentioned that we were considering doing implants in Europe where the entire process including crowns costs less than quote for implants alone. Dr Fotek understood and provided cautionary information regarding quality and country of origination of implant devices and quality of services. He offered to review potential implant information, which was nice of him. The doctor left to attend to another patient before the ctscan was taken while we were presented with the bill for the ctscan and an unpaid claim that we were previously told would be paid by Delta dental. The office really should do their predetermination a little better. Subtracting one star for that. What was most disappointing is the fact that the Dr did not return to discuss the latest scan with us. We were handed a CD of the imaging and wished on our way. I would have thought that a review of sorts was included in the cost of the CTscan. There goes another star.

took them one week to reply to an appointment request. Staff arrived 10 minutes late and doctor arrived 45 minutes late. They paid no attention to my four requests to know costs upfront. He described restorative treatments which were old standards...I am a restorative dentist and was not impressed with his attitude nor presentational skills. I was charged a high fee on the way out, with a fee which I should have known up front. There was no follow up, even when I sent a note to them. I would not return nor recommend any patient there. Follow up: I was called by an office manager from that office and asked that if they refunded the money to me that I would in turn provide them a 5 star rating. The behavior shown by this office was extremely unprofessional, and contrary to their advertisements and testimonials, which all come into question after the "deal" they called to offer.

The staff members are very professional. A very pleasant Esther greeted me and efficiently completed all the administration. Helen, an amazing assistant, sets up your total experience with Dr. Fotek. This young lady will make sure you completely understand what the Dr. is going to do. Furthermore, she refers to a series of checklists to double-check that she hasnt missed anything. Dr. Fotek is extremely conscientious of your tolerance and comfort as he meticulously proceeds with your plan. At no time did I ever have any discomfort or regrets during the procedure. Pre & Post procedure takes you to Heather. She is an essential part of this team and for any insurance questions, you can rely on her for the best rate and satisfaction. I highly recommend Prestige Periodontal & Implant Center without reservation, to solve your dentistry needs.

One of the best, most trustworthy Doctors around. I came in for a second opinion because the previous doctor told me I had serious periodontal disease and I would have to have a deep cleaning and go on antibiotics. After, speaking to friends and family, and doing some research online, I went to Dr.fotek and he told me that my condition wasn’t severe and that he would not recommend doing any kind of invasive work. I have never met any professional with that kind of honesty. No upsell.No scare tactics. At the end, I did the gum cleaning at his office and my gums are in great conditions and this was done without having to take days off work or go on medication. His staff was friendly and very responsive and showed a great amount of attention when I visited. I would highly recommend Dr.Fotek.
