My experience at this office was very informative, relaxing and very convenient. Convenient simply because I did have to go elsewhere to do my blood work and urine test, it was all done in house. Now they do send it out to the labs but it sure take away one more day from a medical facility for me so i really appreciate that. The staff at this office really care about you, from the minute i got to the office they were observing me now this was my first time here one nurse came over and look at my hands and feet and ask why were they swollen something that i never notice and from there the pampering begun. Now when they check my BP it was high and they gave me something to bring it down. While i was waiting for my BP to go down the doctor came in the room to see me. Now i got to tell you that this was one of the most relaxed, respectable, professional, and thorough doctor Ive been to. He explains things so that you can actually understand what the problem is and how hes going to try and fix the problem. He Explain the medications hes giving you and explain how it will work for you. My examination was very thorough and i had a good conversation with him, about my health and somethings that we might have in common. This is how the doctor is, he make you feel comfortable as he listen to your health concerns. Now after the doctor was done with me and i though i was ready to leave the nusre let me know that they have to check my BP again before i go. When they checked it, it was still high so the nurse told me that i have to stay until it went down, now i though she was joking but she was serious. She told me that anything can happen if they let me out with a high BP like a stroke. To be honest i didnt think that would happen but that was there concern and they werent going to let me out of the office until it went down. I was very happy to have that kind of care for me because Ive had situations like that before and they just send me on my way without trying to get the BP down or double checking it. Now as this was my first visit i did not have to pay a copay which i was even more happy about. Now BP went down and i went home, but my experience was well worth the time spent at this place. Im very happy with this doctor and staff.

My husband has United Healthcare insurance through my employer. He went to Dr. Di Carlos office as a new patient, for his annual preventative exam, which is 100% covered by my insurance. During the visit, the office asked if he wanted additional tests. My husband said please take tests ONLY if they are 100% covered by my insurance. A month later, we were billed out of pocket fees (this is after insurance discount) of more than $200 for preventative exam and additional tests (many of which arent even preventative, according to the insurance company) which he had never asked for. This doctor over-prescribed and over sold services and tests, to purposefully take advantage of insurance company and the patient. United Healthcare has asked the doctor to change the preventative billing code to male (they billed my husband for female!), which would make the exam 100% covered but the doctor refuses to change to the correct code. This center only cares about upselling, they do not care about patients well-being or need. We are now appealing the claims. We would not come back!

I have been following Dr Di Carlo from his previous office, due to the quality of his care. He is an excellent clinician, doing a through study of health problems and coming with good solutions, and surrounded by a network of first class professionals that really deliver. Last year he referred me to a lung specialist that really solved my chronic asthma, while Dr. Di Carlo keeps supervising all my health issues. Dr Di Carlo has a personal dedication to his patients and really does the utmost to provide not only medical solutions but general support in daily life solutions. He has now a new office, with wonderful staff that share his caring style, and make you feel welcomed and supported. I have referred all my friends to his office, because in todays health care environment so impersonal and full of technology, finding a real GP with heart and knowledge is a real blessing.

I absolutely love Dr. Di Carlo. I met him when a very close family friend, who she and her family later became "family" and not just friends, became ill with liver cancer. Dr. Di Carlo was inviting, friendly, courteous, and above all he and his staff (Maria, Dawnette, Lilly, Debbie, and Maria#2) treated me with such respect and love. When I first met Dr. Di Carlo finally in person, he actually came up and hugged me. I was like okay...whats up with that. Learning from our family friend, thats how he always is, I couldnt help but move primaries. Since my first visit a few weeks ago (and about 20 hugs later) I have had some on going medical issues which Dr. Di Carlo and staff have treated with such class. I could not recommend a better family physician! Thanks Dr. Di Carlo, Maria #1 and 2, Debbie, Dawnette, and Lilly!!!

What a pleasure it is to be a patient of Dr. DiCarlo! I actually look forward to my checkups because Dr. DiCarlo and his staff are warm, inviting and make you feel like a valued patient. Ive been seeing him for a few years and he just moved into a new office that is beautiful and easy to get to. He comes out to the waiting room just to say hi while youre waiting and give a friendly hug, like hes an old family friend (mind you I only know him from being his patient). His staff are incredible and actually help you, explain things to you and exchange pleasantries (definitely not like a typical office where they are barricaded behind a sliding glass window and barely give the time of day). I really cant say enough about this doc...it is because of him and his staff that I dont avoid going for checkups anymore!

If I could give 1000+ stars I would! Dr. DiCarlo is by far the BEST doctor around!! Mind you is a huge understatement! He is caring, sincere, with an empathetic attitude and very respectful of your time. He has the knowledge – and the ability to share it with you! He is a kind soul, and gives hugs as if your family. I was referred to Dr. DiCarlo and I couldnt of asked for a better doctor! Youd be missing out if you didn’t have him as your doctor. :) Thanks for being great Dr. D!! Ps- The staff is GREAT!!! I have had my share of doctor visits and everyone in this office is by far just wonderful people! They truly care and have appreciation for their patients, and it shows!

Dr Di Carlo, not only provided me with the upmost respect and excellent care but made me feel completely at ease. Lets face it, no one likes going to the doctor but having dr Di Carlo as a primary physician makes it all that easier. Hes genuinely there to make a difference and help the patient. Only tests for the necessary and provides exceptional service. The whole environment from the receptionist to the nurses to him make the visit a definite 5/5. Niether I nor my family would ever think about changing to any other Doctor. If you are looking for amazing service and comfortable visit, dr Di Carlo is the way to go!
