i called for appointment for ear eval after a rearend collision. gave all my insirance, auto and medical. no attorney. all fine. then i got a book of forms to fill out and mostly legal bs amounting to they want my life signed in blood. no real patient care apparent but corporation paracites evident. many many docs and major horrible huge corporation and ready to lynch you if you fail to pay on exactly the day due. but my ins. would prob cover all but just in case, i wanted nothing to do with ruining my perfect credit of 60 years and scores over 800! just in case something was slipped in that is not covered and they did not tell me. so i called to speak to the billing manager to find out if my tests will be covered by my insurances. you would think i had asked to speak to the president of the country! what a miserable bunch of nasty, rude, witchy females who were locked in a control freak mode. after i was screened for top secret clearance, i was told to leave my number and they would call me back. i got a call a few hours later from who knows, but when i called there there was a line of people to put me again under interrogation. mind you, making the appointment was easy and fast. this......... well.............. what they hell is with this group? i have a right to find out what will be covered and to refuse anything that will not be covered.... but that was not my right today i guess. so the practice manager another control freak, rude, bossy, very nasty, disrespectful and when i said i had no desire to go there and put up with such abuse she was happy to cancel my appointment. i told her i was sure she did not really give a damn. and hung up. i will email them and cancel as i have no desire to even deal with that sick system again. so i now have seen a lot of complaints about the rude and nasty people there. good bye. hasta la vista, baby. too many docs in south florida to put up with crap from them. beware............... lions bite.

Dr. Hesse was hired by memorial hospital west to examine me while I was admitted. 1. In her written assessment, she kept referring to a visiting guest as my partner. I find her racist for the assumption, but it does explain why dr. Hesse kept speaking to my guest instead of me. 2. It was very arrogant of dr. Hesse to ignore me and address my guest who just happened to be visiting 3. Dr. Hesse took obvious prompts from the unskilled and novice hospitalist that is employed by memorial west in order to mislead me and my insurance company for the sake of money 4. Dr. Hesse totally agreed with the hospitalist, despite lack of examination that she claimed she did. This was reflected in Dr Hesse written report. I fired the hospitalist. And Dr. Hesse report ended up looking totally fabricated since the next hospitalist found the accurate diagnosis. My experience with dr. Hesse helped me to see that she is a part of a sick health care system that puts money over patient care. I would NEVER refer anyone to dr. Hesse. Dr. Hesse has turned her back on the oath she took to care for her patients and has sold out for greed.

My child was in the ER this Saturday due to a thyroglossal duct cyst and after going to different hospitals for about 2 weeks I decided to take him to a different hospital ant thats were I meet Dr.hesse. He finally gave me calm I needed and reacted fast to my childs case. I really think she is a great doctor.

Staff very unprofessional, rude and inefficient. Extremely long wait even for a doctors office. Proscribed two medications both I was allergic to, indifferent to the fact I am a cancer patient in need of being monitored. Very bad experience, just had to inform other patience.

Felt very unwelcome as soon as we walk in. No hello or welcome or even a smile on the face. It would be nice if a curiosity call was given knowing we spent 2 hours waiting from our appointment time. I would not recommend this place. Not a good experience.

I went to two other ENTs with a problem, They didnt have a clue. Dr. Hesse is the only one that could diagnose me. She saved my life as far as Im concerned. Is a hour long wait worth your life ? You Decide

Highly recommended! She went above and beyond. She performed oral surgery on me and removed a malignant tumor. My outcome was far better than I expected. I cant thank her enough!
