After suffering for more than six months I was extremely hopeful when a family member recommended this doctor. I arrived to my appointment early and filled out my papers, then waited for sometime before he arrived. He was late to his practice. Eileen his nurse, made a statement during checkout that he is "Always" late. Understandably so I thought. He is in demand. During my visit that day Dr. Boctor scheduled an appointment for blood work on August 4 at 8:30am. On that day, I arrived to my appointment an hour early and waited in my car. 8:30 am came and went and so did 9:00 am but the office was never opened. I called the number and listened to a recording that stated they would be closed for the day. Thinking this was an error I called back again and heard in the recording that I could call his other office in case of an emergency. I called the number and left a message. A woman called sometime after and I explained the issue. She seemed baffled and completely out of it. She told me to come to the other office to do my blood work instead. Awesome I thought. So I asked.. "Im assuming you have access to my health records in that office?" she said no. I asked her how then would she know what tests need to be done. She said she would call Dr. Boctor and find out. Great I thought. I waited for several hours and never hear back. At this point I called the office and requested that Dr. Boctor kindly give me a call. I never heard from him. Instead around 4pm, he had his receptionist call to chastise me that "I" made a mistake with my appointment dates. That it was scheduled for the following day when they were opened. Sitting on my desk in front of me was my appointment card with date/time that clearly states 8/4/15 @ 8:30am. The she said Eileen which is doctors nurse from the office I went to, tried calling me 5 times. What a joke! I never got a call from this woman. During this conversation the woman continues to argue that doctor is sure she called. I finally ended the call because it was going no where. At no time did she offer an apology for their screw up and oversight and at no time did Dr. Boctor think his patient was important enough to give her a call and apologize. I am terribly disappointed in this Doctor and feel that if this is the way he treats a patient whose family member is his friend, how does he treat someone he has no connection to?

Had an appointment at 9am Dr. Boctor didnt even get to his office until 945. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes just to have blood drawn. The staff is incompetent, the wait is ridiculous, and the Dr is very unprofessional. Switched my primary as soon as my lab results finally came in
