I tried to be nice to Dr. Serigo L. and apologize for my outburst i had a month ago.So I no longer see him. I called for a note and wrote a whole bunch of lies that were not true. First of all the girl at the window said i had a 14 dollar copay which I told her how can that be when my copay is 10 dollars.She said to me whatever! Then the dr.said i was aggressive to him and the staff. Not true. He lied! I never said a word to any of the girls because i never had any problems with them. He is some piece of work. He needs to separate his personal problems and be a perfesonal Dr. when writing letters... No further comment!

Horrible experience for the 2nd time. Im in pain and the staff makes a mistake on my scheduled appointment for today. Not my fault, tells me that they will call when they have space. I am the patient! I was referred to them, now I wish Id gone elsewhere. Where is the empathy and compassion for patients. Staff screws up and the patient has to suffer. My last time here. Very disappointed!!!
