Let me start by saying she is nice personality-wise... I went to Dr. Richards office for my well-woman annual exam because she was highly recommended. On my first visit I waited over an hour to be seen and got 10 minutes of face-time with the doctor, max. I was scheduled for an ultrasound at a later time because she located an abnormality. I got the ultrasound. I didnt get results back until 2 months later when I called because I hadnt heard anything...I had to go in to get the results to be told that I had 2 conditions and she took no time to explain the implications of either of these conditions. Again, only about 5 minutes of face time for this visit after an hour-plus wait (keep in mind I had appointments, these were not walk-in visits). Thank God it wasnt anything life-threatening, 2 months with no calls for results could have had serious consequences. Needless to say I was miffed and wont be returning.

I called May 4 to schedule New patient appointment. I let the girl know i had been experiencing a severe issue and had been seen urgent care May 1. They said Dr. Richards didnt have new patient appointments until the end of June but that another Dr. in the office might have something sooner, they transferred my call and i ended up scheduling for June 18....Well i get a call the other day (June 2) Saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I figured they would at least get in me some time around my appointment time/day but no....July 15 is what they tell me. A WHOLE MONTH MORE!

Shes very personal!! Excellent when talking to a patient!! Been her patient for over 8 years. My daughter, 19 years, just started using her as her OB/GYN. Office staff A+! As in any Ob/Gyn office, if labor starts, the doctor has to do a delivery so other patients have to wait or reschedule the appt. She doesnt rush, which is a HUGE PLUS!!! EXCELLENT!!! LOVE HER AND THE STAFF!!!

A friend recommended me to Dr. Richards. I made an appointment as a "new patient" on Apr 23rd - 2 months out. A week before my appoitment, I was called and advised my appointment would have to be cancelled and rescheduled for July - 3 months later. Really. That is ridiculous. I guess she doesnt need any "new patients".

Love Dr. Richards, I was recommended to her by a friend. She delivered my son. All of my friends goes to her. Staff is amazing Dr. Richards very nice soft spoken.
