I really didnt have a problem with Dr. Tucker, he was nice and informative. However, I cant give him a good rating because of the completely unprofessional treatment I experienced with his office staff. I still have not received a return phone call from the doctor and its been over a week. Yet, I spoke with his office staff several times but they evidently did not give him the message to call me. The written instructions I received were not the same information he told me in the office and I simply needed clarification and dosage information. The person I spoke with who answered the phone had the audacity to tell me that as a mother, I should have the instincts to stop a medication if it isnt working. Of course, I did, that is why I was calling to speak to the doctor! Instead I received rudeness and condescending "advice" from someone who answers the phones.
