I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The waiting room is extremely cramped and uncomfortable. they schedule about 10 patients all at the same appontment time. Pregnant women are having to stand because there are no seats and they are terrible with appointments. If you go to this office, expect to wait 3-4 hrs before getting in a room. And another 30 to an hour to see a provider. Pretty much an awful all day affair that nobody has the time for. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and disorganized I am surprised that they still have jobs. If you call you are placed on hold for so long you have to hang up and call back. When they answer they dont even ask you to hold, they immediately place you. When you go into the office they do not even say hello, just hand you the clipboard and when you give it back they immediately shut the sliding glass. The first time I went, I arrived at 1:45 and left at 5:30pm. The second time they told me there were insurance issues are sitting there for two hours. The two doctors Ive seen were nice, but they are not worth dealing with this business. They do not care for their patients what so ever. I will never go to this office again. I wouldnt even recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Absolutely awful experience in their office. Dr. Spence left a hideous c section scar on me and never checked back on my after the surgery which prompted me to get our sons circumcision in his office. Bad idea.. the staff was so rude and uneducated. My "nurse" was a young ghetto girl and tired to take my baby inthe back for his circ. I did not trust her one bit, I chose to hold him myself for the procedure. Im glad I did bebecause she had no idea what was going on. I work in surgery (nobody knew that) so I watched closely and she honestly had NO idea what she was doing to assist dr. Spence. I ENDED UP DOING HER JOB FOR HER! I understand some people are new/learning, but dont be arrogant and rude then not know a scalpel from a hemostat. Very sad. And SCARY. Overall awful office experience. I had a midwife and needed emergency c section (yes, I know what youre thinking), so dr. Spence was not my choice. The only good thing I can say is the scar is super low. But still ugly (he cauterized my skin open, rather than cutting it with a knife). The staff was terrible is my main point.

Very unprofessional staff. Went in for an appointment and was made to wait 2 hours for them to tell me there was an issue with my insurance. Then the medical assistant was very rude to me when telling me that the services could not be rendered because of the issue. I have since straightened the issue out with my insurance but I will NOT be giving my business to this "company." No way should a medical assistant be talking to patients in such a rude and nasty manner. Dr Spence was awesome for the birth of my son but my experience with the rest of his staff has been deplorable. Also the waiting room is always cramped and dirty. Every time I call I am put on hold and sometimes never gotten back to and have to hang up and call back. Not worth it. I chose to give my business to this place and they treat patients horribly. Please take your business elsewhere.

The doctor is a nice man but thats the only good thing I have to say. The office staff is incredibly rude. The building, elevator, bathroom etc is dirty, cramped, and gross. The wait time is ridiculous. The doctor has no respect for patients time. He was "on his way" for over 2 hours, meanwhile patients are coming into the tiny waiting room with no place to sit, to wait for their turn with a doctor that wasnt even there yet. Please choose another ob/gyn. There are plenty of other options

I would avoid this place at all costs, save your time and money. If you are seeking affordable womens or mens healthcare stick to Planned Parenthood. In a nutshell....2-3 hour waiting, uninformed/dismissive staff who neglect to inform clients of hidden fees, doctors yelling at nurses in front of clients with doors wide open, money grabbers....and this the short version.

this place is horrible they have no idea what they are doing they are rude they wanted to bring a bunch of male students to watch my wife get her exam good for her she said only doctor can see her privates everyone else out thank you. and they also made her wait hours on a different visit only to tell her they no longer accept her insurance.

Worst place ever! Everybody is extreamly rude! I just need it a L.E.E.P and they wanted to do some chest x-ray, blood work and all the exams I had already done! They are leaches! Just want you money and insurance money. DONT GO THERE there are better places. Google Other clinics.

The staff is horrible, rude and very unprofessional.. Dr. Spence is an awesome doctor but he needs to get rid of the current employees.
