The first thing I found unnerving was that the nurses are clearly undertrained (had trouble finding vein, didnt know where I should put a urine sample so I literally just walked around with it.) Dr. Lester De Leon showed up an hour late because he was at lunch, mispronouncing my name, with a nasty attitude, and without any of the paperwork I needed and sent days before. Then he stomped off and sent in the administrator Jennifer (who was lovely, professional and proactive) to help me solve the paperwork issue. I walked in at precisely 12:43 for a 12:40 appointment (I know because it shows on GPS and on my parking ticket). But its now 2, I havent been seen, and when I said this to the administrator, she said you were half an hour late! The front desk says you came in at 1:10! Uh, no. Maybe thats when the front desk processed my intake forms, but I have far too much evidence to the contrary for you to make up BS like that. Im giving it two stars because the administrator Jennifer was such a pro, but Dr. De Leon was generally rude and bumbling. Office disorganized.

Exceptional medical attention from Dr. Dumenigo or anyone of the medical doctors on staff, not only do they administer the best medical treatment, but equally as well administer exceptional "bedside mannerism" extending concern and care verbally and physically. In fact, from start to finish, the entire staff, the receptionists upon entering the practice, the staff whom include nurses, medical/x ray technicians all provide effective and efficient medical care. It is comforting in having the receptionist(s) whom are responsible for copay collecting or such. Also, they are most understanding to your need(s) upon any scheduling for additional testings and/or procedures ordered by your doctor. Many thanks as well to office manager, Irene.... Worst medical service I have received in Miami so far. I had two appointments at this place before deciding to never to go back. The forst time I waited over 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being seen by the doctor. I had some routine lab tests and paid a copay. The second time i went at my scheduled time and they told menthere were. 3 patients before me to see the same doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40am???? Unbelievable. On top of this, they wanted to charge me a second copay to have somebody give me the results of my exams. Stay away from this place!

Horrible experience and they didnt care! I was there for about 2 hours and was not seen by the doctor, He went out for lunch while I was in the waiting room waiting for him. When I got there i was called to take my vital signs while they were having a birthday party, the nurse who was with me was literally pulled away to go into the other room to sing happy birthday. How sad? no? What kind of a place is this? Where is the humanity and respect for other people? They ruined my day!

Had an appointment arrived in time and after waiting 45 min went to the reception desk to realize that one of the receptionist did not put my info in the system and not even gave me the first time patient forms to fill and sign. The lady that assisted me afterwards was nice and apologized however I waited an extra 45 min to be able to see the doctor. Total time waiting was 90+ min. Definitely not worth my insurance money or my time.

The staff is nice. I give them 3 1/2 stars. They are the usual chatty happy crowd within themselves but were professional when they saw me for vitals and other tests I needed. However, the Dr. was nothing to compare. A two star for sure. She was rude and out of touch- I was just another client she needed to see quickly to get to the next one.
