I went there for annual physical 5 years ago. As a preventive care, it is cover by my health insurance. I just received a letter from a collection agency telling me i owe money to Safecare Medical Center and they report it to my credit. After i received notice from first federal credit, i checked my credit score...it dropped crazy from exceptional to fair. Safecare Medical Center billed my insurance 5 years ago and they tried to bill me again on a preventive care. Now, because i wanted to take care of my health, im screwed because of Safecare Medical Center. What a mistake to go there. Please give you a favor and go somewhere else, unless you dont care about your credit score. They are not there to take care of your health, but to destroy your future...

My mother is disgusted by the care of this poorly staffed, un-atentive to her needs group, she was just told that she was no longer wanted as a patient because her paper work was too much to deal with. Her paper work amounts to one script that needs to be filled. At 80, my mother deserves a little more respect, especially after her years of being under the care of Safecare Medical Center. I am writing this because my mother has been in tears over this, needs her script filled and after 3 weeks of continually calling to get this one script resolved is now forced to get another Doctor. Thank you George!

Dr. Ting is amazing and has to be the smartest doctor Ive encountered in South Florida. After 1-month of an embarrassing rash on my cheek/arm that 2 other physicians dismissed, Dr. Ting took the time to listen to my history and gave me reasons of what may be causing it. He prescribed me an OTC cream and followed-up with me to make sure it had gone away which it did within 2-weeks. I cant express enough how grateful I am to have him as my doctor! The office is clean and up-to-date. The parking was not a problem as my last physicians office was. Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I seen Dr. Wilbur at the Hallandale location. It was my first time seeing him and I requested a yearly physical. Dr. Wilbur actually listened to me as I wanted to be tested for special blood work and allowed me to get these test preformed. Everything was covered under my insurance and I had no issues. It was nice to feel the doctor was actually listening to me and not just writing down notes or typing away on a computer the whole time. He was engaged in the conversation, asked questions, and made me feel comfortable. I defiantly recommend Dr. Wilbur to anyone looking for a primary care physician!

I have been going to this place for many years and I would have to say that the quality of service has gone down 100%. I have tried to called the office for many days in a row and got now one on the phone at all and still to this day I can not get ahold of anybody over there to refill my prescription. It got to the point where I had to find another doctor somewhere else where they actually care.

This is the best doctors office Ive ever been to! The doctors are very thorough and make me feel very well taken care of- Im not just another name and number on a chart. The staff is always courteous and patient, and they make scheduling very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this doctors office.

Ive been going to Safecare Medical Center for about 4 years and I love it! The physicians there are very professional and kind. My physician is Dr Dana and she is great. She answers all my questions and I feel comfortable talking to her . I am happy I found this office and I have no complaints.
