Terrible experience. When I arrived I had to wait which is not unusual at any doctors office but then when I finally was called in they took me to a back room almost like a storage area. The doctor saw me for maybe a total of 4 minutes then I had to do blood work. The nurse that had to take my blood work was frustrated because she says she only does it at a certain time so she made me wait for awhile. I finally was able to get my blood work done and they were going to call me in 2 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and still nothing. I finally had a chance to call and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I hope I am ok and will have to keep trying to get my test results on my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.

The receptionist were extremely rude. My sons appointment was on a Saturday and they refused to see him because they insurance company was closed on Saturday and they were unable to verify his insurance. I was appalled. I was screamed at and kidded out the office in front of my kids. Walmarts customer service receives 5 stars in comparison. The doctor did not even have the courtesy to come out and talk to us. I feel this was a blessing in disguise and we just avoid a bad doctor.

Such a waste of my time... Why make an appointment if the office is not willing to keep it? Make an appointment and show up on time (twice) first time the doctor was not even in the office... After waiting 40 minutes after appointment time the doctor finally arrived... Second time (for my lab results) after 30 minutes of the appointment time Doctor was still on the phone... Make yourself a favor a go to another office. This doctor is profoundly disrespectful.
