I would give my Dortor , Dr. Sandy , a 5 star rating but the rest of the experience after dealing with the doctor was horribke. I was told my presciptions would be filled in minutes. So I agreed -why not! Only to have the bait and switch. The pain pill couldnt be filled I would have to go somewhere else. Ok I thought I could just go to Kmart across the street. Remember it was on,y to take minutes!!!!! After nearly 15-20 minutes later my body is ready to scream out loud with pain but Im waiting. 20 minutes later I just couldnt take it. I mean there was NO ONE getting other prescriptions filled. Only me-I was told this, After waiting so long I finally get up and say forget it. All this time there are 6 people standing around JUst hanging out gossiping. I say Im keaving. In a second the pharmacist cones out. Put this is not possible he we to far. Many a patient suffer needlessly I walked out even without the prescription s. I am making complaints to corporate office and the health deptant. I lost the $30,, The doctor was excellent. Your pharmacist is seriouslyb

The wait time wasnt bad at all. But the doctor I saw was rude and had NO compassion. Doctor Danielle Saint-Leger. She interrupted me. She stomped her feet. She called me maam in a tone even my MIL was shocked by. I have an infected tooth. Dentist appt not until Tuesday. She prescribed me ORAL GEL for pain. Seriously. I tried explaining to her how incredible this pain was and a gel wasnt going to work. She kept interrupting. Would not listen. And would give me NO pain relief. She pretended that it was a special cream but in reality when I went to the pharmacy they said uh this is oral gel. Same amount as over the counter. I KNEW she wasnt giving me anything I hadnt tried and she only argued with me, talked down to me. Her bedside manner was atrocious. No compassion, no sympathy. Treated me like a drug addict. I will be reporting her to the state medical board for under prescribing.

I went there in the Fall of 2014 because I thought my toe was broken. I had just moved to the area and I did not yet have a primary care physician. I was examined and x-rayed. The "doctor" told me that my toe was NOT broken and, for some reason I do not understsnd, he gave me an antibiotoc. I recently went to another doctor because the toe is now arthritic, the joints of the toe are knobby, and it has no mobility because of the way it healed. It is often painful. The competent doctor said the toe had indeed been broken. I am very angry over the absolutely incompetent care I received at this place. I would tell people to not go there for anything. Go to the ER at Jefferson, or,get an appointment with a family physician instead.

I went to this location for the 3rd time in a year 2 days ago, this time for acute sinus pain. Unfortunately my experience was different from the previous two times. I was seen by a young PA who looked me over quickly and prescribed an antibiotic, saying there was nothing they could do for the pain. Last time the doctor prescribed predisone, which did the trick perfectly. When I went for a work injury, I was told I should come back within a week at no charge if my symptoms worsened. Well, this time I am still in pain and feel the antibiotic was probably not the right choice, but Im told I will have to pay for another exam if I go back. No thank you. I think I will not be going back again, no matter how close it is to my house.

Dr. Wu correctly and promptly confirmed my strep throat by taking rapid culture 20 minutes and prescribing Augmentin, etc. After one dosage and 12 hours my severe sinus congestion, throat pain, etc., is markedly improved. My voice has returned, less pain, less congestion. I will be on this treatment for ten days, but can see we are on the right track. My previous PCs PA miss-diagnosed my condition and I had suffered for two weeks before seeing Dr Wu. Highly recommend his professional diagnosis and treatment.

Crappy all around. Had people come in well after us and got seen BEFORE us. Staff just sitting around talking and not caring about patients. No real doctors there most of the time, and none of them listen to you either. HIDDEN FEES, REOCCURING FEES THAT ARENT SUPPOSED TO BO ON THERE. Thete are other, BETTER places to go; do yourselves a favor and go to them if yoy want proper care. Would of given 0 stars if possible.

Overall I had a good experience. I stopped in on a Thursday around noon for an x-ray, thinking I fractured a rib. Saw about 7 people waiting and thought, "Uh oh, this is gonna be a while." Instead, I was seen within 10 minutes by the nurse and by the doctor within 15. Easy and smooth process. I have no complaints and for what I needed, it was far faster than dealing with traffic and parking at my regular hospital.

The Med students I saw didnt listen or really care what I told them. I had already been given the same medicine I was prescribed at a previous different urgent care facility and even after telling them not to prescribe it to me they did anyway. When I mentioned that my inhaler didnt seem to affect my cough they mentioned that "studies show that the inhaler will work if used properly." I wont be going back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Worst experience Ive ever had! I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours, then they took me back to the room and I waited in there for another 3hrs! Unreal! I walked out to see what the hell was going on, everyone was standing there just talking to one another! While all these patients just sat there! Absolute disgrace of a place! Wouldnt take my dog there!

I choose here if at all possible. I will pass on Jefferson and wait until next day if at all possible. Enjoy the staff as we have met several due to we have 4 kids and its easier to go here than schedule in at family physician.

When I got here, there were not many people waiting be seen. I have been sitting here going on 2 hours and everyone that has come in after me has been seen. Horrible experience to say the least. I am still waiting.

Every time I come here the wait is outrageous. Even if there is just a handful of people in the waiting room. PA is very nice and staff is overall friendly but they all take their time. Very inconvenient

The staff here is wonderful! They dont just explain to you what would best aid in your medical condition, but they educate as well and listen to concerns and answer questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
