Escribo este review para que el público evite este lugar a todo costo. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida con un centro de salud. Tengo muchas quejas, y las voy a resumir en los siguientes puntos: -La recepcionista me dijo que los resultados de mi citología estarían listos en una semana. Paso la semana y llame, y ahora resulto diciéndome que los resultados de un Papanicolao se demoraban dos semanas. Llame a las tres semanas, y me seguía diciendo que no estaban listos. Así me tuvieron durante dos meses y medio. -Después dos meses y medio, llame y me dijeron que mis resultados ya estaban "supuestamente" listos. Cuando fui por mis resultados, me salí de mi trabajo, maneje 45 minutos, y llegue a el consultorio para recibir la noticia que todavía mis resultados NO estaban listos. Me hicieron perder medio día de trabajo. Después me toco volver por la tarde a recoger mis resultados, y manejar otros 45 minutos. -La recepcionista le falta MUCHO para poder tener un poco de profesionalismo. Cada vez que la llamaba a preguntar por mis resultados, me respondía con actitud de que no estaban listos, y un día hasta me llego a tirar el teléfono. El día que fui por mis resultados, estaba teniendo una actitud horrible; me estaba mirando de arriba abajo. Así como esta escrito en otro review de este pagina, estoy de acuerdo con la persona que dijo que la recepcionista y una enfermera reciben a las personas con una actitud terrible. Tienen ZERO educación. -Fui por una simple citología, y resulte con una cuenta de $170. Si, es verdad, el Papanicolao es gratis, pero te quieren sacar la plata por otro lado. Estos $170 eran para unos supuestos exámenes que la doctora me dijo que me tenia que hacer. Me dio un diagnostico en 5 minutos, sin tomarse la molestia de haber escuchado mi historial clínico. De verdad que si no quieren pasar un mal rato, eviten este lugar a todo costo. Me hizo pasar la peor experiencia de mi vida. Mucho estrés innecesario; una PESADILLA!

I have actually been to this facility before for shoulder pain and had a great experience, even referred my mom when she had strep throat last year and she thought it was pretty decent. Well.... I went today for shoulder pain again and completely different experience. Dr. And nurse were nice but I was recommended to get a shot in my shoulder this time for $60 (last time they gave me pills and I didnt get charged anything extra). Also, I explained that my job is a labor job (lifting, pulling, pushing, etc) and asked if I should be able to work or if I should stay home and the receptionist told me I will be okay just try to let my shoulder rest..... thats impossible when your entire job is physical. While driving home to get ready for work my shoulder is even more sore because of the pre-existing pain but also because I just got an injection in it as well. When I called my job Im advised that its a liability especially if I received an injection right before my shift... I had such a great experience the FIRST time I went and the staff was amazing and very informative and thorough. This time it was like a completely different place :( I dont have insurance and it sucks that this place had so much potential BEFORE but I dont think I will be returning. And I never call in for work but I will have to today.. hopefully everything will be okay and I dont have to call in tomorrow as well. Seems like now they are only focused on the money because if I went to work and hurt my shoulder even more they could get me to purchase more injections and medication smh.

Triste por tan mala experiencia. Un trato inapropiado hacia mi familia. Y lo peor es q piensan q tienen la razon y se excusan en un par d tonterias aun sabiendo q sus multiples equivocaciones ponen en riezgo la vida d los pacientes. Ademas son indolentes y no compasivos pienso q no respetan el juramento hipocratico. En fin no lo recomiendo son malas personas q aun sabiendo q si las personas asisten es porq se sienten enfermos. Y eso no les interesa.

Went feeling off the weather and got many tests done. It is a blessing to have a medical clinic 7 days a week, with reasonable prices and gentle staff. It is a shame that a few that go with the wrong attitude attack the place: if doesnt work for you, go somewhere else, thats it. There is a large community without health insurance that benefits from this place, easy access, excellent service. In this life we reap what we sow. You bring negative, your whole life is negative. And we need to break patterns to change results. Dont confuse kindness with weakness. Dont beat up the waiters or the cheff if you dont like the food, just go to another restaurant...

Estos señores me cobraron y luego no me dieron el servicio de verdad una de las peores experiencias de mi vida no los recomiendo para nada y de paso sospecho que tienen personas ejerciendo la medicina sin la debida licencia

Mal servicio. Hacen de todo para quitarte el dinero y no te resuelven nada. Tienen mal trato y dan mil excusas para no entregarte los resultados de los exámenes

This place is a rip off. They may "see" you for $20, but then they "have" to add all this in house lab work, driving the bill up for no reason. All I needed was my blood pressure meds, which Ive taken for 15 years, renewed. What a joke, Ill take my business across the way for half the price, thx......

Not the place to go if you are from up north. Service really slow and didnt take Medica insurance. Had to go elswhere. American urgent care was fabulous.
