Tillman had me wait for a "specialist for 1.5 hours, just to look at me for 2 minutes, then give me a number to call for "another specialist" with their associate group. Then billed me for an "intermediate consultation", which of course really means bill-padding for no good reason. I specifically explained I did not wish to see this "specialist" if my insurance did not cover it. It did not. Do not trust these people.

If you want to wait 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to be seen by the Dr. then this is the place for you. Dr. Tillman is a great Dr. but getting to see him is absolutely miserable. I have been here 8 times to try to find the right contacts and each time the wait has been 1 1/2 hrs or more just to be seen. Find another office that can run a smooth operation.

Glasses last for about 2 years. Good quality, especially for how rough we are on them. The wait can be a bit long, but thats because Dr. Tillman takes the time to address all of your concerns. They also take pictures of your eyes to show you what they are looking at. Pretty neat, seeing the inside of your own eyeball.

I have been going to Dr. Tillman since I was 6 years old. He was the first optometrist to correctly diagnosis my condition at a young age. He has been giving me great care ever since. I would not trust any other doctor with the health of my eyes.

Company never returns calls and are rude when you ask to see if your contacts are in. Took four weeks to get contacts . Poor business model. Pick another eye clinic there are plenty to choose from.

Clean friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. My son goes here and we always get his glasses from here because I know they will fit and be of good quality.

It would be more helpful if the prices were on the frames. I dont like not knowing the price of something Im looking at.
