Great staff and amazing service. Dr. Cates remembered me from 5 years ago when I got glasses from him and I hadnt seen him in between then and now. Prices are amazing and everyone knows what theyre talking about. I wont go anywhere else.

I love the quality of service. The glasses selection was more than adequate. Technicians were well-informed. Very friendly staff. The doctors could not have been nicer. In my opinion hands down best optometrist in Richmond.
