On Saturday, June 10th I arrived Sears Optical for a 10:30 appointment. I had scheduled several weeks prior. I was neither acknowledged nor greeted. I saw no noticeable location to sign in and a lack of staff. One gentleman was tending another man, while another appeared to be waiting her turn. I decided to browse the eye-ware and wait. As I walked around the store, the employee still did not acknowledge my presence but I decided to let it go. After 20 minutes, I grew impatient and asked the gentleman if he was the only staff there. His response was, "Right now.." I explained that I had made an appointment for 10:30 (the time was currently 10:50). He asked if I had filled out paperwork. I realized that the appointment I made had no effect on my visit, that this man was working with a customer who may or may not have had an appointment and there was at least one other waiting before me. I declined the paperwork and walked out. What is the point of an appointment if you cannot honor the time? I made the appointment because I dont have the luxury of waiting all day as a walk-in. I am very disappointed in Sears Optical and will not be going back.

The worst experience Ive ever had!. This was my first and last visit. I honestly thought I had found a good location to get my eye exam done. I was transferring my entire family to this location until today! I had a 4pm appointment. I arrived at 345 (15 minutes) early to do paper work. I had someone measure the pressure in my eyes (not the doctor), and then I waited. And waited and waited! I sat there an entire hour waiting on Dr. Behrens to complete a exam on someone else. My appointment was at 4 not 5! No one apologized for the wait until I got up to cancel my appointment! Even the receptionist said its been a really long time! She said he shouldve been done with the prior exam. Dr. Behrens never bothered to come out and he was sorry for the wait. Another women came in because they apparently put her old prescription back in her new frames. That shouldve been my clue to leave! Never will I refer anyone here. My family will continue to drive to Hiram to get our eye exams checked.

I highly recommend this establishment. The eye doctor is great and takes the time you need. Justin was awesome at helping pick out glasses that were flattering and well fitting. He spent all the time we needed to make sure we were happy. Have used Sears optical for years, and have never had a bad experience.

Not happy at all I dont write reviews but this one Im not happy Corey you are great there but they are to slow with getting your glasses but not your money
