June 13, 2016 I made 3 attempts @ speaking with someone only to be left on hold for 15min. I finally called again when asked if i could hold i said no because i have been on hold for 15min the receptionist said loudly "your gonna have to hold im checking patients in" she then clicked off the phone. Honestly i dont come as often because i cant stand the customer service up front, but i love my doctor & i always refer people a lot of my family come here. The rest of the staff are pleasant they just need to replace the receptionist or give her some customer service training. There are more people who complain in the waiting room but no one goes online & post it.

Although the receptionist Job has many task, we too need patience with care. If U never done the job U wouldnt know! My advice is do your best to make it better by having flowers waiting for services thats designed for U & others! Ive seen worse! Receptions with 3 in front & nothing gets done in a timely manner then the doctor is laxing & quick to forget your name until U show true colors! Meanwhile U paying them even if someone has Medicaid or medicare. There are ways to disagree! Understand theres more than just U to get service. Patience helps to avoid stress! Humans do make errors! Yahweh is perfect! Peace & Love!

This is the worst Doctors office I have ever seen! Just trying to get an appointment is an act of congress. Either you cant get through or you are put on hold and they dont come back to you. If you can manage to get in, the wait time is ridiculous! They book two + patients at 15 minute intervals. I will never go here again and you shouldnt either.

Set up an appointment only to have them call the day before and tell me I have to reschedule it. Very aggravating. I will reschedule, with another doctor
