I have been Dr. Bains patient for the entire time I have lived in GA, 8 yrs. Could not wait for my son to be old enough to join this practice to ensure that he receives the same level of care that I experience. Dr. Bain is thorough, honest, direct and informing. I can be a challenge thinking I can work through or past circumstances, and I can always rely on Dr. Bain clearly stating that I have to care for myself and then provdie the EXACT remedy for my ailment. I recommend him to EVERYONE, no matter the side of town, he has an amazing spirit and level of expertise. Thank you Dr. Bain, Joy and office staff for ALWAYS caring for us

I have issues calling this office. Dr Bain seems like a fine doctor, my issue is with the office. If I call when they open, the voicemail says it is closed. I call 20 minutes before the recording says they close on a Thursday afternoon, and the voicemail says its closed. I also cant leave a message, so I cant get my prescription refilled at all. I work. 8:30am to 4:30pm, which are almost the same hours, and I cannot call during normal hours except at the end of the day. I am extremely frustrated that I cant just leave a message.
