This is the worst place ever. NO THIS IS NOT A PERSON WHO IS TRYING TO SMEER A COMPANY. Im a real client/ (ExClient). this place will charge you for everything they can think of. If you dont buy there 20 dollar china made glassess that they sell for 200.00 dollars then they wont give you any basic services. I went to pick up my contacts that my insurance covers fully, my bill should have been only 67 dollars. However the lady call me up and says your bill is 210.00 dollars. Cause we put you a order in for a entire year. When I only ask for 6months. I asked them to remove the extra charges and they did, but was pissed caused I made them stay within my insurance coverage. I went back to ask for my prescription so I can have my sunglasses made and I needed them to give me a measuement called a PD. They told me that we cant give that to you bucause you are not buying our expensive glasses. However, you can measure yourself with a ruler. I said why cant you just do it? they said we dont want to be responsiable if its wrong. But if you buy our over priced glasses we can give you that number for free. Really, Really. SO I GOT A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO SAID THATS TOTAL BS. Needless to say I will never use this place again. However, I will give a shot out to the male doctor there as he was really cool. But the rest of the staff needs to understand what it means to have a customer choose to come through the door..... its not a right its a privilege. One as for me they just loss.. Absolutely the worst eye doctor office I have ever been to. They forced me to Oder contacts that I did not want and in order for them to get me to buy them they told me my contact brand had been discontinued... I went to Walmart that same day and asked I was told that they still make them. I called the contact store and they also informed me that these were current. This office also would not return phone calls. They also refused to give me all of the information I need to order glasses. They told me that they dont give out that information....its my prescription I paid for the visit. I had to drive there and insist they give that information. Its been 3 months and Im still having problems with this office. Do not waste your time or money.

I am a patient at this facility and as of today I will NEVER go back again. My husband and I have been here twice for our eye exams and the front staff is SO rude. If you tell them you are getting glasses somewhere else their attitudes get EVEN RUDER....how thats possible I just dont know! We told them we were not going to get glasses and shop around. They froze our insurance account to only have us get glasses from there. When we went to purchase at another location they had to make a call to the insurance company to have our insurance released! The doctor was very nice and knowledgable, but that is not enough for us to go back again.

Front office receptionists are down right rude! Made an appointment and was told 4:30....came in at 4:28 was told my appointment was for 4:15 and I couldnt be seen even though there was no one else there and their 4:30 was also late. She went on to reschedule me two weeks out told me they were completely open and still scheduled me for a 3:30 appointment. The doctor is really nice but should really get new front help because its a bad look for the company as a whole.

We have been going to this office for about 10 years because the staff is so wonderful. They are very personable, professional and friendly. They are very good with helping my daughter pick the right frames for her face and adjust and or fix them when needed. If we werent moving out of state we would continue going to them for a long time. Thank you guys for being so wonderful.

I just returned home from my eye appointment. I was so nervous... would I fit in the chairs (Im a big girl) ... would they treat me well ... would I find a new pair of glasses that I liked... Its a huge YES! on all my concerns. Everyone was so nice, and you could tell it was genuine. Cant wait to see them again when I pick up my glasses!

I called to set an appointment and was put on hold and the lady never came back to the phone...BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will take my money elsewhere. Dont go here. They are in a bad location too. Maybe to go to the location in Smyrna but not Locust Grove.

The exam room had no lights, the Doctor has a bad attitude and my glasses and contacts never arrived in time for me to use them, delay, delay and disappointment..... I will have to choose better next time :(
