I was working with Stephen, who was WONDERFUL. One day I went in to pick up my glasses, Stephen is no longer there, they have lost my order, and the customer service was worse than awful from the optical team. Once I finally received my glasses, the man, standing up, told me to put them on my face and see if they fit, which I did. No mirror. He said, Okay? And with that, he showed me to the door. I knew Stephen was Good but something happened to take them down hill QUICK!!!! So sorry and I have been a patient for years. Oh, some of the Drs there can take up to an hour to get to you. One inparticular, the the time she finally gets to you, is so distracted, cant get things to work, answering her pager, being interrupted... Its becomming a joke with her. But I wont be back to see her and maybe not Piedmont Eye Care. Wish you all the best. My recommendation, hire Stephen back! He was about the best thing yall had going around there!!!!!

My daughters and I have been patients at Piedmont for a couple of years. We all had to get glasses then contacts. However, I had dry eye disease. Thank You Dr. Phillipe for helping with that. I thought it would never end! But now I have contacts. Dr. Phillipe is so patients and thorough in his explanations. He never seems hurried like many physicians. Cynthia at Blakney always so sweet with a smile. Thank you Maria Sylvester for your patience with me in choosing glasses and making me laugh. So pleasant to work with someone that puts the customer first. Thank You Lisa Parker for your patience with my contacts. It was so difficult for me to get them in. You gave little tidbits on how to hold and place with little effort. If you need eyecare.....this is absolutely your best choice!!

It is unusual to be met with such excellent customer service at a medical office, but that is exactly what you get at Piedmont EyeCare Associates. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming - always saying hello and greeting you with a smile. The team behind the scenes is amazing. Dr. Phillipe obviously cares about his patients overall health and you leave the office knowing this to be true. Whether it was for a contact lense fitting or trying to decide on glasses, this team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Working in a medical office myself, I know what a well run office with excellent doctors looks like and this is one of them. I would highly recommend anyone in need of vision care to make an appointment and let this awesome team of individuals take care of you.

Love this group. Dr. Major is excellent. Ive recently had Lasik and so my Lasik provider will be my primary Dr. for the next year, but after the initial year I will definitely be returning to this group as my primary ophthalmology care givers. Short story: I had to wear glasses for three weeks prior to Lasik. My frames were in such a state of disrepair they were falling apart. The gentleman who assisted me transferred my lenses to a spare, perhaps demo frame at no charge because I was a patient. Cant find that kind of customer service anywhere. Great office, great physicians and staff. Will be returning as a patient in the future.

I am new to the Charlotte area so I found Piedmont through a Google search. I was a new patient there today, and I had one of the best experiences out of any type of doctors office Ive ever had. The technician and doctor were so friendly, helpful, and thorough. A woman named La helped me pick out frames and lenses and walked me through my insurance plan. She was so great and patient (Im indecisive), and we had great conversation. I was in and out very quickly but never felt rushed. I never felt pressured to purchase anything additional. My husband had a similar positive experience a couple months ago here. Highly recommend!

Our family has been patients of this office since it opened in Blakeney and have always been very pleased with the professional service! Now that they have an office closer to my home I decided to give it a try and am very pleased that I did! Maria Sylvester not only helped me find the perfect frames (the one she wears!!) but also found me the best pricing available that would save me money!! My whole family ( me, my husband, my son and my daughter) all have been seeing Drs at Piedmont Eye care since they opened. My son had some eye allergies when he was young and Dr. Philippe helped me a lot to deal with the issues. We all love Lisa as she helps us with our contact lens. Me and my daughter are the picky ones and trouble her a lot which she handles with so much patience.She always listens to our concerns and find solution. Front desk is very friendly. I know Cindy for a long time. She is very respectful and ready to help me. Great customer service.

I was in search of a doctor who could help clear my eyes up. Worst pain of my life and I felt miserable for 5 months!! I finally went to Dr. Patel and after one visit she had my eyes cleared up. ONE VISIT. Yall its been one month and I am over the moon. Ive never felt better. Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor and is so sweet and easy to understand. I could not recommend someone more. The staff was amazing as well. So kind and always happy. 100% recommend!!

Everyone was very nice from beginning to end! Stephanie the tech was very friendly and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Johnson was very thorough in the exam and explained all the testing being done and the results. Stacey the optician was very friendly and eager to help me look at all the new frames that would look good on me. I am very happy with my overall experience and would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Julian is the best Eyelasses salesmen in the area. He helped me out tremendously and I cannot recommend him enough. He did not push me and let me take my time finding the right pair as Im incredibly picky. He answered all my questions, returned my emails and phone calls and was a class act all the way through. A great store that Ill be recommending to friends and be frequenting myself in the years to come. Thanks Julian.

Good luck getting through to make an appointment. I have tried on-line and got NO response. Have tried calling and always get put on hold then told after a little while to leave a message. They called me back - but I was on the phone/work - so I tried to call them back again and same thing. Be ready when THEY call you or hard to get an appointment. Gave up at that point.

My fear of going to the eye doctor is like some peoples fears are going to the dentist. They were very helpful with explaining everything to me and making me comfortable and at ease before doing what they were going to do. It was a great experience from the time I called to make an appointment, to check in, all the tests, the doctor and optical. I highly recommend them.
