My partners glasses turn up missing this morning. We have a lot of work to do, and she cannot see without them. So I call as soon as the location opens, and ask if they still offer the one hour service and can we get exams and glasses today. I am assured that yes, that is no problem. We get there, and its one thing after another. They dilate my eyes -- even though I specifically checked the "no" box and told three different people I didnt want it done, they lied and said the drops they were putting in my eyes were for something else. They examine my partner, write her a scrip, then 15 minutes later call her back in to the back and tear up the scrip and say no, she needs bifocals, then write her ANOTHER scrip and say "that will be $600". What changed in the last 15 minutes? Did they see the cash in my purse when I was at the desk paying for the exams and think we had lots of spare money? They push and push and push for extra upsells, and then - AFTER they collect the money - tell us their machine is broken and they will call us whenever they manage to make our glasses. So the whole point of going there is for nothing. FAIL.

Awesome service. Went to this location for the first time this morning to see what my options were with fixing glasses I just bought from a different LensCrafters location. The staff at this location were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to completely exchange my glasses at no additional cost and my glasses/lens were correctly assembled this time around. This will definately be my go to store from now on.

Dont waste your time going here. Horrible customer service. They screw up, wont admit to it. Frames and lenses are over priced. They try to sell you services on your lenses you dont need. Choose a different provider if available. You have been warned.

Cant be trusted to make the eyeglasses to the right prescription. 3 times I took my mother there and 2 remakes later she still cant see with them. Even her doctor says.they make the glasses wrong all the time. Never going back!

Ive never had such a horrible experience. Ive gone twice and my prescription is still incorrect. Now they want to charge me because my next visit would be 30 days since my eye exam.

Horrible, horrible customer service! Wait for hours while front desk person takes care of friends that came in long after you. Completely ignores customers.
